Tiny bathroom you couldn’t hardly turn around in. I get they have to just make the old buildings work but when you can’t open the door all the way due to it hitting the sink, and you have to step in sideways it’s a bit extreme . Lots of hair in the older shagged carpet.

The Air Conditioning was perfect and the bedroom and bathroom were clean. The location is very close to the old city's main attractions such as the palace.

It is above a restaurant. No check in staff. You have to download an app on your phone to unlock your room door, which worked ok. Not sure what happens if your phone battery runs out of charge.

Convenient location. Air conditioning worked. Walkable to sites. The hotel was clean and met our needs. Check in was easy. We picked up keys in the bar. I appreciated the warning that there are stairs only (no elevator) since were were traveling with an 83 year old. Breakfast was good. It was nice to have a bar and restaurant open late at the hotel. It was fun watching Eurocup games!

I really wanted to rate this 10 stars but the cleaners were so loud outside my room this morning, waking me up with their shouting and laughing. I thought it was really inconsiderate to the guests and unprofessional.

Great location, room was big with good soundproofing. Very modern and conveniently has a restaurant bar downstairs. Aircon worked well. Nice to have a coffee machine and a fridge.

I am 81 years old. There was no elevator. The hotel placed me -a Bookings Customer-on the 4th floor with 78 steps to reach the top! NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!

We had a lovely room on the 4th/5th floor but there was no elevator. So we had to hike 5 flights of stairs whenever we went to and from our room. I knew I could check-in online but did not realize it was the only option and that there was no reception area with a staff member to help. We figured it out with the help of the restaurant staff but not the best start after a long travel day.

We loved the location of the hotel within walking distance to all of downtown. The breakfast and attached bar/restaurant were very nice and the staff there was wonderful. Food was very good.

No elevator in the hotel, so it is bit of struggling to climb on 4th floor with luggage.

Hotel is really nice, modern and clean. Beds are comfortable and room is specious enough. Location is amazing and easy to reach. Around hotel are restaurants and open until 00:00. Hotel has also restaurant and offers special breakfasts worth to try. No hotel stuff and reception, check in is modern and rooms can be open via mobile phone (digital key) or you can program hotel cards with monitors at the entrance and your reservation data.

A little squishy and the stairs were a bit tiring but we knew this in booking the property and it was fine for a two night stay.

There was no parking available so we had to stay in a public parking garage which cost us 50€ for two nights… there was also no elevator which was a bit of a hassle when you’re staying on the top floor.

The location was superb, right in the middle of the pedestrian zone, in the centre of town.

The check-in is via a computer. We have never seen any hotel staff. I guess it is a solution with almost not being able to find employees but this makes it very unpersonal. Its also very disturbing that all information i provided in the booking app, needs to be entered again. Very inefficient. if you use a computer for check-in , pls make sure this is done in an efficient way. As mentioned room we had was small, we had small bagpacks hence no issue, if you travel with a suitcase, there is no space for it. We stayed in the weekend, found the room price quite high if you set this off against the size of the room.

The toilet was pretty streaked from whoever had last used it, which was a little gross. We also didn't like the app-system for check in/room unlock/check out, etc. There were a few occasions on which the app was slow to load, so we were stuck outside unnecessarily long. It wasn't a 'cheap' place to stay, so for the price we would have expected to have no issues getting into the building and room.

Perfect location! The room (other than the toilet) was really clean, and we had a great view of the river despite not even booking a river-view room. Plenty of coffee capsules were available, and the soap/shampoo/etc smelled incredible!
