We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FinlandRooms are not that well sound-proofed, but for 3 stars I can't complain. However at night it's really quiet anyway, so not really a problem. A/C was also a bit noisy at times so you might want to turn it off for the night. Do note that the room has no minibar.
Rooms were really well cleaned. Bed was extremely comfortable with proper hotel sheets (unlike many hotels in Basel area that use these stretch-on junk). Pillow was firm and thick so good thing if you're into that. Shower had good water pressure. Overall really nice experience and absolutely worth the money.

I’ve stayed here before and am always happy. Very quiet but it was off season too. Great breakfast; lots of selection. Friendly staff. Room was very clean. Will stay again in the future. Easy walk across the river into Switzerland and to visit the large spa in Rheinfelden. They have a big buffet for dinner but I’ve never tried it so can’t comment.

It seems the town is shut on Monday and Tuesday nights The pub across the street only sells Lager, we ended up crossing the bridge into Switzerland on the last night to find something open, unfortunately we went right and ended up eating at the Railway chippy (disgusting) but stumbled a cross a few bars / eateries on our way home - top tip, cross footbridge and go left :)

Got to say this place exceeded my expectations given the area. Room was modern and really clean and has what is probably the best air-con I’ve had in Germany! Very important for a Motorcyclist that hates the blazing hot weather! Felt like we’d got told off initially parking at the rear of the hotel but sure it was just the boss’s mannerisms because after being directed to the secure underground parking below the hotel, the staff were really friendly and efficient. Like I said, air-con alone would swing it for me. Breakfast was a decent spread and the Chinese evening buffet was a good value, wide variety selection and included a Teriyaki grill. I will definitely be staying there again when next touring the area.
