The immediate area is not so pleasant, although that generally goes hand-in-hand with proximity to the train station.

The location is very convenient to the Munich Hauptbahnhof.

We were staying for a night, in between train and plane. We were allowed to checkout later so everything was just perfect. Right in the city centre near the main train station and in 10 minutes walk from everything. Ground floor is a restaurant with great pitas and hummus. Stayed during football championships and whole city was louder then usual, so no complains on that.

The breakfast was good, a typical buffet. The breakfast room is not big but there was enough tables to choose. The hotel location: best is the vicinity to the main railway station and other public transfer, and wide selection of restaurants near-by. But like in all metropolis, proximity to the railway station means also a troubled environment and some noise from the street all the night (but not badly disturbing). All the staff members very very polite and helpful.

While the hotel itself and our experience was positive, the location of this hotel was a bit sketchy - lots of strip clubs nearby and there were often groups of men loitering on the street for hours on end. We also saw a few fights break out outside the hotel.

Staff were accommodating, the breakfast was good and the room was spotless.

The bed was a bit hard. We had wood 2x4s in odd places in our room and had to walk around them

The location was in the same street as some 18+Clubs. So if you got there late at night or in really early morning hours it didn t fell really comfortable walking through as a solotravelling woman

Location was in a dodgy area. Unpleasant to walk there at night. Not sure I will stay there again.

Very clean, spacious and modern rooms. The breakfast room is small but the food options offered were good. The hotel is not located in the best neighborhood but it is almost next door to the central railway station and other public transport, as well as just a short walk away from the old city center.

The breakfast choices were a little limited. We only got one bottle of water in the room and the glasses were a bit dirty so didn’t use them.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet even through it was near a busy road, there was air con, it was very modern and felt safe.

The cleanliness of the toilet was not as expected, for example, toilet bowl had stains. The shower doors were also not good, water would leak out during shower and the floor would be wet. In addition, there was a hole in the ceiling that was covered by a large plastic sheet with tape. It did not create any discomfort, but also it was not astetically pleasing and not as expected of a hotel room.

The location was close to the central station, so it was easy to get around, although the area is not the prettiest. The room was ok for a short stay, the bed was pretty comfortable.

Windows open to busy main road but air conditioning is effective in the room and so this wasn't such an issue.

Good location with proximity to train station and also to old town. We were able to walk most areas of the city from here. Good amenities near by including coffee shops and Lidl etc.
