I expected that we will stay at the house (indoor caravan as shown in the pictures and as it was promised while booking) instead of an indoor chalet. Moreover, there was no wifi in that area and neither there was any extension socket so that we all could charge our phone together. Just one plug point for 3 people was tough but manageable. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

We just stayed for one night in a 4 bed chalet. Overall it was a great stay. The hostel is very near to all the attractions in Triberg (Triberg waterfall, Triberg Land, Schwarzwald Museum and main market square). Even the bus stop, "Marktplatz" is very near from where we can take a bus to either Triberg station or Wolfach village. We also made perfect use of the Konus Guest Card which was given to us from the hostel. The hostel was clean and tidy and the staffs were very nice.

Is a great concept, was super fun to stay here with my kid. Felt really like camping but without the hassle of having to bring anything. Common areas and even the free use of the kitchen were great, staff super nice and helpful

The kitchen was dirty. I don’t know if they clean it, but I can tell you for 2 days that was dirty. I know people are disgusting and most of them don’t care if is clean or dirty but us, we had to clean before cooking. I suggest to have someone clean it in the morning like the toilets because otherwise is awful. The kettle had some old water with bites of something and is a glass kettle so you can see the water stains, a bit of vinegar does the job. Then there isn’t a oven, the fridge is very dirty, and they have 2 induction hob that aren’t the best to cook because it is too hot or it isn’t warm enough. Also please leave the window always open a bit because the kitchen was smelling so bad for the food. We opened it the evening and the morning the smell was gone. Basically no big deal just some advices to make it nice like the rest of it!

Super kind and helpful staff. roulotte was very clean cozy and nice. The position of the hotel was great. There is free parking! Toilet and shower very clean!

Initially a tent was provided which did provide much privacy or space, but the staff provided a caravan next after our request that was great. The bathrooms didn't have shower gels.

It was a good experience and provided a camping feel. The caravan was tastefully decorated and had ample space.

Kitchen lacked many useful supplies (no microwave, no colander for straining pasta, etc.), door to bathroom and kitchen wasn’t soft-close so it slammed any time people went through it at night. Staff wasn’t very attentive.

The bathroom is common bathroom, they don't provide bathroom slippers, so we were unprepared for it and using the bathroom with shoes was a bit uncomfortable.

The Caravan experience was good. The check in experience and staff behaviour was very nice.

They idea of four separate people sharing a caravan doesn't work. When one person moves in the caravan then everyone else can here the movement The outer door to the bathroom requires attention as when this is opened the sound echoes and the entire caravan persons can hear this door opening and closing

The whole concept is a good idea..there is lots of activities to do on rainy days. The staff are excellent and are always willing to help in any circumstances. The bathroom facilities are very clean

The caravan we booked was on the small side (our fault). However there wasn’t any space to hang a wet towels, open bags or relax without being in bed. Lights out at 2200hr was great, however the sounds echoed within the space where the caravans were so was very loud at times throughout the night. The caravan got very warm at night even with windows open as far as they would.

Novelty accommodation is always fun until the reality of the comfort kicks in!

What a unique place! Our two families had so much fun playing cards outside the Caravan. And breakfast was so affordable and tasted good.

Missing a small kitchen space in caravan :-(

The caravan setup and ambience is really nice. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and there is a lot of space to store our luggage and personal stuffs. Location is perfect, very close to centre. Staffs are really helpful. Overall... really happy :-)

It was a unique experience, and made us feel like we were really camping! Great location, and was only a few minutes to the waterfalls and the other free attractions included in the guest card they gave us at check-in. Parking was free, and breakfast was just right. Staff was very helpful.

nothing really, its like glamping but with a little bit of hotel chucked in for good measure. If you're expecting hotel bar and concierge you might be disappointed, if you think its just an old caravan you'll be pleasantly surprised.

The whole place is quite unique and has a very chilled out vibe. The different themes of each caravan are very cool. I stayed with a group of 8 motorcyclists, and they all loved it. we were able to park our bikes inside (we didn't on the second night as they got wet during the day). The outside parking was also under a cover and really secure. This place would be great to bring kids too. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. The toilet block was very new and kept in very clean condition, the showers were warm and powerful.

The person at the reception could have been a little friendly. Other than that everything else was good.

The location is pretty good. Walkable to the waterfall, market place and museum. We did not opt for breakfast here, so no idea about it. The caravans were clean. A unique experience overall.
