It ist a very nice hotel! I love everything about it: very clean and comfortable room with a nice calm interior. In bathroom you can shampoo, shower gel and even hair conditioner! Also every room has a kettle so you could make a tee or coffee. Also free water. Bed is super comfortable! Also I used sauna - not very big, but it was empty on Sunday evening :) you could choose between 60 or 90 degrees sauna! There is also room for relax, and shower, and lockers! And I liked breakfast - a lot of options from boiled eggs to self made waffles. A lot of Tea sorts, coffee machine, juices and eve champaign :)

We are perhaps coffee snobs, and honestly the coffee could be better. Otherwise, a wonderful experience in every way.

The hotel was fresh and modern with a very comfy bed, in a wonderfully quiet but central neighborhood. Delicious breakfast and kind staff. We had an excellent stay.

The staff were impolite most of the time (the bald guy on the breakfast was rude to people that came to breakfast at 06:30 a.m. - when the breakfast officialy starts.) We had a scene with the umbrella renting where the machine took our money and didn’t give the umbrella and the receptionist didn’t solve the problem and just said “You will have to ask my colleagues tomorrow.” and it was pouring rain outside. Not okay for a 4-star hotel.

The location is good, it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was rich.

The staff of is very qualified and very polite. They let us parking the motocycle inside the hotel parking at no additional cost. We had coffe in the restaurant and it was offered by them. The room was at the last floor with a wonderful view.

Walking through all the smokers to get in the front door, but this seems to happen a lot in Germany.

Our room was supposed to have a lake view however it didn’t quite live up to expectations, more of a view of the hotel entrance and car park.

Breakfast time could be extended another hour, especially for people looking for leisure time. The shower needs a glass door, otherwise the guest does a big mess taking a shower, which translates into less comfort. Parking could be less expensive (i paid 24,00/night), this will really make a difference for my next stay.

Nice view, good bed size, clean, good breakfast, nice lounge, good staff service, enough shampoo and body wash available, fresh quality towels.

Staff was not that friendly, very busy when we checked-in with only one person handling everything. On the check-out, the taxi button was not working and there was no option to send the bill through email only printed paper.

Comfortable bed, spacious room for 1 person. Lots of towels.

The prices of the restaurant are too high. It does not worth the breakfast option and the food that is offered. The room had only 1 chair for 2 people - not convenient when you want the relax inside it.

The location is good - view to the Alster and a few minutes walk from the bus and not far from the subway. The area is not busy and quiet. The staff was kind and helpful. The "Standard King room with Alster view" was great for a basic stay. The lobi was providing comfortable and enough space to chill.

Nothing really. The heat generated from the ‘fridge’ below the safe made the inside of the safe very warm for things like a camera or a tablet. A very minor criticism.

Immaculate property in a quiet residential street with easy access to Hohenfelde and the colourful and lively St Georg. Central station is within walking distance, but may be a challenge with heavy luggage. Public transport nearby. Lovely room with safe, ‘fridge’ and air conditioning. Very comfortable bed and beautifully appointed bathroom with toiletries supplied. Excellent breakfasts with a fantastic choice in a very pleasant breakfast room. Professional, friendly and smart members of staff. Very near the Alster lake which is glorious for strolls.
