We are perhaps coffee snobs, and honestly the coffee could be better. Otherwise, a wonderful experience in every way.

The hotel was fresh and modern with a very comfy bed, in a wonderfully quiet but central neighborhood. Delicious breakfast and kind staff. We had an excellent stay.

The staff of is very qualified and very polite. They let us parking the motocycle inside the hotel parking at no additional cost. We had coffe in the restaurant and it was offered by them. The room was at the last floor with a wonderful view.

Walking through all the smokers to get in the front door, but this seems to happen a lot in Germany.

Our room was supposed to have a lake view however it didn’t quite live up to expectations, more of a view of the hotel entrance and car park.

Breakfast time could be extended another hour, especially for people looking for leisure time. The shower needs a glass door, otherwise the guest does a big mess taking a shower, which translates into less comfort. Parking could be less expensive (i paid 24,00/night), this will really make a difference for my next stay.

Staff was not that friendly, very busy when we checked-in with only one person handling everything. On the check-out, the taxi button was not working and there was no option to send the bill through email only printed paper.

The prices of the restaurant are too high. It does not worth the breakfast option and the food that is offered. The room had only 1 chair for 2 people - not convenient when you want the relax inside it.

The location is good - view to the Alster and a few minutes walk from the bus and not far from the subway. The area is not busy and quiet. The staff was kind and helpful. The "Standard King room with Alster view" was great for a basic stay. The lobi was providing comfortable and enough space to chill.

Nothing really. The heat generated from the ‘fridge’ below the safe made the inside of the safe very warm for things like a camera or a tablet. A very minor criticism.

Immaculate property in a quiet residential street with easy access to Hohenfelde and the colourful and lively St Georg. Central station is within walking distance, but may be a challenge with heavy luggage. Public transport nearby. Lovely room with safe, ‘fridge’ and air conditioning. Very comfortable bed and beautifully appointed bathroom with toiletries supplied. Excellent breakfasts with a fantastic choice in a very pleasant breakfast room. Professional, friendly and smart members of staff. Very near the Alster lake which is glorious for strolls.

Check is quite late at 3pm. Some flexibility would be welcome.

The location is excellent and within walking distance to several restaurants. It's also quite a comfortable walk to the city centre. The area around the hotel is beautiful and makes for lovely evening strolls. The room we had was very comfortable and we were lucky to have a balcony that provided a view of the lake in the distance and awesome sunsets. Breakfast is hearty and provides a variety of options. The Customer service is excellent.

The air conditioning was quite noisy (on mid-power) and not as cooling as would be comfortable for sleeping if you are used to a cool environment. Despite you want to keep your towels, the maid changes them daily (and sometimes forgets to make the bed instead).

The hotel is comfy and everything is well maintained, looking newly renovated. Breakfast offers a great selection and on weekends is available till 11 am. Coffee machines are complemented with filtered coffee and lactose-free milk is offered, too (greatly appreciated!). There's a tiny shop in the lobby with basic supplies. Parking in the garage is for a fee which I consider quite high (26 EUR / night) taking into account the already quite high room rates. On the other hand, offers two Tesla Destination chargers for no additional charge, which is a plus. A subway station is 5 minutes walk away. Several good restaurants are in the vicinity (check out the Brazilian Xodó on Hofweg).

Parking is super expensive. Sauna opens at 4pm only until 10pm so unfortunately it didnt match our timetable.

Location was convenient for bus and u-bahn. The room is clean, comfortable and well sound isolated.
