The host, Holger, met us at the proposed arrival time. He was very friendly and helpful. The flat was just as it was described, and very comfortable. Parking was easy too!

Lack of some basics like salt in the kitchen, soap in the bathroom. An iron would also be nice.

We weren't told about the washing facilities and we desperately wanted to wash our clothes. We found out from another traveller. Bed not very comfortable

A comforter with a duvet was provided, but the bed had no sheets and the mattress cover was of a nubby-texture. The mattress was a bit stiff, but there were comforters I could lay-down on top of it to fix both issues. Also, be aware that there may not be air conditioning in the unit; at least I did not see a thermostat. There were modern radiators that were directly controlled. It may be a concern in hotter months as there is a terrace or roof over several of the 1st floor units. Weather was not an issue when I stayed so I was quite comfortable and I could open the big windows.

This is a very spacious one-bed room flat with enough kitchen pans and utensils that I could prep my own meals on the 2-burner stove top. The unit I was in was designed to be handicap-accessible and there's an elevator to all floors. It's in a good location in the heart of shopping, restaurants along a foot-traffic-only area. A manager met me with keys when I responded to his arrival time-texts (on Whats app). This would be a great place to stay for a remote-worker or anyone who wants a kitchen and extra space. No coffee, oil, salt, pepper or spices are provided, so bring your own.

VERY SPACIOUS APPT WITH VERY CONVENIENT PARKING AT THE SAME BUILDING. INSIDE THE HISTORICAL CENTRE ,WITH LOT OF RESTAURANTS AND KIOSKS CLOSE TO THE APPT. TRY THE APP OF THE APPT,IT HAS A LOT OF NICE TRIPS AND DEFINITELY VISIT GEIERLEY SUSPENSION BRIDGE AND RETURN VIA COCHEN AND PARALLEL TO MOZEL RIVER.

Perfect location with restaurants and shops nearby. Easy walk to public transit. Parking. My kids walked in and all said, "wow!"to the size of the apartment. We were all able to spread out and relax. Host is amazing and responsive!

It is noisy at night, Friday was pretty incredible, it has a take -away opposite, but the talking goes on right through the night. Take ear plugs as otherwise it is perfect!

Air conditioning was remotely controlled, and you had to phone someone to change it. As it was Sunday night we didn't feel comfortable doing this.

Our trip was during the summer and we needed to keep the windows open for cool air. Unfortunately this let in a lot of the weekend noise from the restaurants below. We turned on the white noise machine and slept well.

The location was great and super easy to find. We were near restaurants and shopping. The walk to the rivers was super easy. The apartment accommodated our family of four very well. It was clean and well cared for. We would definitely stay again.

We honestly enjoyed all aspects of the property.

The property is situated at the beginning of the Alstadt allowing easy access to all of the main sights. We were personally met by Holger who took every care to ensure we had a good stay at his property. The property is very modern with every possible convenience thought about carefully. The apartment is a large open plan lounge/Kitchen with separate Bedroom and Bathroom. The Garage is underneath making parking easy and accessible. We had a wonderful weekend in Koblenz, thank you.

Negative - It's a little bit noise in the summer when the windows are opened, this is because of restaurants situated down on the street.

Everything about this property is perfect - the location, size, cleanliness and amenities. The owner is amazing, helpful, and caring. The apartment is in the perfect location. It has a nice parking garage, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The beds are comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean.

On weekends at least, the noise is intense, with lots of yelling, and lasts until morning. The heat would not turn on. Communication was difficult. I sent 4 messages in a 24-hour period the day prior to arrival without getting a response until after we had arrived. They finally called, but they don't speak English and we don't speak German. Nonetheless, they did meet us and let us in 45 minutes early. No lock box. It is clearly a business operation and their time to spend with you is limited.

No breakfast provided, no coffee, no spices. Cupboards bare of provisions for eating. The apartment shows no signs of wear, is well maintained, very well organized and designed, is spacious and comfortable and well equipped. Good linens and bedding. You have 2 burners to cook on, no oven, no dishwasher. Apartment 2 is handicapped accessible, especially in the open shower concept; no shower walls. The laundry room and garage and location are all excellent. Have all your own toiletries. Keys are easy to use, both stairs and elevator to level 1, 1 level above the ground floor. Perfect situation if you are traveling by bicycle. The huge REWE supermarket is about 3 blocks away in Lohr Center, you are 2 minutes from the heart of the lovely historic district , 2-3 blocks off the Moselle and 1 K from the main train station, about an 11 euro taxi ride.
