Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyHonestly not very much to say here. The room we booked had a shower that would splash a little onto the floor in front of the shower cabin, but the staff had already prepared a towel for exactly that case, so it is not really a point of complaint, just a little thing to look out for.
The hotel is very close, but not too close to the station. There are many shops nearby, both for food and for other products you may have forgotten. The staff is very nice but also professional, offering a smooth check in.

NetherlandsBathroom wasn’t super-small but there was too little space around the sink, mainly because it was placed right next to the toilet. Location is easy to reach and close to the city center and station, but the neighborhood around the hotel didnt have much of an atmosphere.
Early check-in was fine because the room was already made ready. We were really happy with the parking facilities, both in front and in the garage. Housekeeping staff was kind and did a great job.

United KingdomWe were visiting the cathedral in the morning and got back to the hotel at 11:32 for a 12:00pm checkout. It appears they deactivate your room key 30 mins before checkout so we had to go back to reception to reactivate the cards for 30 mins.

GermanyThe carpet was full of stains, the shower did not have a steady water temperature, every few seconds there was a stream of extremely burning water.
The bed was really comfortable, the shower is specious and the location is very close to the central station. The breakfast had a nice verity of options and nice atmosphere. The room also had air conditioning which was a real plus in the heat wave.

Staff was very responsive and courteous and attentive !!! Room size was very good !!! Facilities in room was very good !!! Breakfast was excellent and had great variety !!! Commuting within Cologne and travelling outside Cologne facilities available at the main railway station - a 15 minute walk from the hotel !!! Good eating options and supermarkets at the railway station !!!

United KingdomReally friendly and helpful staff, lovely and clean hotel, the rooms were of good size, very clean and comfy bed. Couldn't hear anything from my room so was nice and quiet. The buffet breakfast had lots of selections and there was a marketplace where you could buy additional items for your room (drinks, snacks, toiletries, etc). Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
