After changing to Nico Hotel, the size of the welcome drink (mineral water) became smaller, and the soundproofing was not good, so some rooms were very noisy all night long.

Our favorite hotel in Düsseldorf since Nico Hotel. Clean room, comfortable bedding, very good location

Shouldn’t be charged extra to use the swimming pool and the opening hours not guest friendly. Should be open in mornings not at 11am

The fact that the windows are fixated it was impossible to just get a circulation of fresh air. We can still hear the tram passing by late at night, for light sleepers better avoid the room facing the main road.

The location is in the middle of Little Tokyo. Check in was flawless, the staff were helpful and friendly, the room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable, although somehow the bathroom is pretty small but that didn't bother us so much. Nonetheless Düsseldorf is a beautiful city, and Little Tokyo has so much to offer, so we extended our stay for another night. Would definitely come back staying here!

I have been a regular guest at this hotel since January of 2013. I have noticed that the overall quality has been in a constant decline. Even though I was in an executive room for my last stay, we received no complimentary water nor were we given small sized face/hand towels. I also felt like the room was not fully furnished and does not meet average standards.

There is no free parking for the hotel guests so we had to pay more than 60€ for parking of 2 nights. The pool was under renovation and we found out that we would have also had to pay to use it. We wanted to swim with our toddler and that’s why we chose the hotel but clearly that was not possible.

Great location as we wanted to be in Little Tokyo to experience all the food options around.

The shower kept falling down even after tightening, the ratchet seemed to be worn, also the floor in & around the toilet & sink were flooded each time we showered. I booked 4 rooms in total but only 1 had the shower/flood problem. We didn’t mention it to the management as we were only there 3 nights.

The location was very good so it was easy to walk from the hotel to all the sights. We didn’t have the breakfast as we thought it was on the expensive side.

* Unfortunately no air conditioning. On a warm day the room will be very warm. * The TV is in German only and there is no way to connect and stream your favorite series from your phone. * The water of the swimming pool is not heated. You may get used to it after a while, or you may not. In either case prepare to feel very cold water. You should know this if you're thinking of going for a swim.

* The room is very beautiful and clean with a big bed. * The view is nice, the location is very central, so everything is easy to reach. * It is not expensive for what you get back in return.

During checkin the wrong room was given to me, 608 instead of 605. I only found out because the key did not work. When going back to reception the other colleague was confused and it took a while before things were corrected. Room temperature was too high, around 23-24C degrees and could not be turned down, I asked reception and they said someone would check. When returning to the room nothing had changed, also no one checked to follow up. It seems my request was ignored.

Location is on the Immermanstrasse, very convenient for restaurants nearby.

Refrigerator in my room wasn't working. It wasn't ideal, but did not matter too much in the end.

Room was clean and comfortable. I did not use the restaurant or bar facilities, so I cannot comment on the quality, but the ambience was nice and the staff were friendly and forthcoming. The best part about the hotel is it's location, several amazing Asian restaurants around, and the city center is just a 15-20 minute walk away.
