Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandTheir elevator system is weird. you choose your floor on the outside and it assigns the elevator for you. this may be efficient and power saving but it is irritating, especially when you want to go from the parking to your room. you first need to get out in the ground floor and then get back in into the next elevator.
The hotel is super central just next to many asian restaurants and shops. that was one of the reasons I came to düsseldorf for and that is why I chose the hotel. the hotel is okay and fits the purpose.its clean and the beds are comfy.

United KingdomA lovely hotel in 'Little Tokyo'. Excellent location, a short 8-10 minute walk from the train station. The room was decorated well, spacious with a comfortable bed, room view was the hotel courtyard. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Nearby Ubahn station to travel to Altstadt. Also easily walkable around the city within 15-20 minutes. A wonderful array of restaurants, cafes and shops on your doorstep.

GermanyThe room fridge wasn't working and it took a day to replace it. The TV loses signal when it gets a little windy. Having the shower cubicle and wash basin inside the room with just a curtain separating it from the bed is weird.
The staff is very friendly and attentive. The location is great, right in the middle of Little Tokyo. Large rooms. Bed is comfortable, although the two sections of the double bed tend to roll apart during "bed sport." The water temperature can be adjusted precisely, and is effective within seconds, and the temperature remains stable during the shower. The air conditioning works very well.

LuxembourgThe shower border is incredibly high, and from room to room, the anti slip decals in the bathtub vary tremendously in size. The cleanliness is debatable in small incidents, but overall, it was fine. The dust on the headboard wasn't a nice sight as someone who had a dust allergy, so it could be more thorough. Defect light in the sauna and no warning about 3 flights of stairs to the pool. Not ideal for less mobile guests
The lobby is beautiful. We had executive rooms. The pool and wellness area are a welcome distraction. The beds aren't soft, the pillows overly so. There is ample light and sockets. The bathroom is nice and spacious.
