The staffs are not all time available. Some rooms’ equipment has to be replaced such as mattresses, hairdryers etc.

I have been using this hotel every time I come to Duesseldorf. Very closed to Rhein river for walking or jogging as well as shopping and dining areas.

Water boiler at the room was only at request, which I overlooked.

Room was very clean, as was the bathroom. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good with enough choice.

Room was clean and comfortable with a great shower. It had a slightly larger than single bed with single duvet. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, particular thanks to receptionist who found me a 2nd night at another hotel close by as Cascade was fully booked with travelling fans for that nights Euro 2024 game in Düsseldorf.

Decor a little dated in the rooms. No tea and coffee facilities in the room sadly No staff at reception later in the evening. It would be a good idea to offer late arrivals the option of a sandwich or roll waiting in their mini bar fridge on arrival.

Clean, friendly, good breakfast, location. Helpful staff. Well stocked mini bar. Would recommend and would stay again.

People smoke in the courtyard so if your window is open your room will smell like smoke. The showers are very very small.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in. They accommodated my request for a larger bed as well. Excellent location right near the train/Bahn station. Although you could hear other people from your room, my stay was overall quiet.

Walking distance from Rhine promenade and old town. Super friendly and helpful staff. simple but modern and clean room. secure Bicycle parking in garage. water kettle and fridge were nice unexpected bonus. Great shower and bed. enough outlets for electronics.

The quality of the Mattress, Pillow & Towels were not good and if they fix those items I would like to repeat my stay in future.

Breakfast was more than expectation of 3 Start Hotel, and i love it. Location was great just 1 min walk to Train (Uban).

Eating vegan and no wheat was a bit of a challenge at breakfast, however that is not specifically related to the hotel or their service (it is always difficult) and they accommodated where they could. One thing that might be something to think about is that we were on the top floor and it was particularly hot and stuffy in the room. Also the bathroom did not have ventilation, so you could not really stay in there for long with the door closed. We opened all the windows but then you have full blast city traffic noise. The room was otherwise perfect for us.

Service was very kind, also at breakfast where we had some dietary needs. Also we were able to park our car in the hotel's parking space and were aloud to leave it there during the day to visit the Messe after we checked out in the morning.

Nothing much to say. But next time will ask for a room at the back. With windows open, it can be a little noisy. With windows closed- no noise.
