It was a nice clean simple hotel. It was close to the centre of town. It was very good value for money.

Not working blades, not possible to open window. I asked to shorten my stay from 5 to 4 days. It’s true that I missed my “possible to cancel” time in 1 or 2 hours. But there was no reaction at all, later I got information that Booking doesnt allow such change. Finally, also breakfast was on the invoice for the day I was not there. :-(

Reception manned 8 - 11 am. So you do a self service check in using a machine. It worked ok but if there is anything wrong with room you have to phone someone. Kitchen had limited equipment, no oven, no bottle opener. Rooms a bit basic.

Large rooms with lots of space. Location of hotel is excellent very close to main square in Ludwigsburg (5 minutes walk) . Large car park across main road which has very reasonable rates.

The sealing rubber underneath the glass door in the bathroom really could use a good scrubbing, it was a little off putting.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, decent breakfast. There’s a restaurant right at the door and the city center is only one block away. The parking is exactly across the street and it costs only 4€ a day.

Wonderful Location!!!! 1.Right in the heart of Ludwigsburg. Very lively throughout the day!!!!! 2. Very nice housekeeping. My room was cleaned and coffee was refilled every single day.

afternoon’s hotel is abandonned there is no gunan being. You need find and follow intructions. Very stressfull and destorys trust totaliter. Although I have late checkout opportunity I couldnt use it. Nobody can assure if I can open my room and take my belongings

It's a bit impersonal with no staff contact at all. SAummer evenings may be a bit on the lively side as there is a Mexican restaurant right under the window, too. Due to the roof, upstairs rooms have a cosy feel but can be loud with heavy rain drumming on the tiles.

Hassle-free automatic check-in counter. Clean, modern and functional room. Well situated, with a green university campus right outside the window. City centre in walking distance.

Last time I came I had a breakfast, but it was not so good so I am not taking it anymore. I like more healthy options, like naturjogurt without sugar and fresh fruits.

unmanned reception (very kind staff only present in the morning), with check-in left to an unpersonal self-service machine; dirty linen were left on the common entrance area the whole day and night

Only one pillow per person… but that seems to be the norm in Europe.

Quite old room and facilities, no elevator (if you have heavy language), wooden flour in the room was dirty, reception is opened till 12:00 o‘clock (if you wanna leave the language and pick up later, no chance), the price for one night was nearly 200 Euro which is too much for such room quality.

No air conditioning (I overlooked it), which made the stay basically unbearable on one of the hottest nights of the year - in a penthouse looking to South-West and becoming very noisy almost all night long, when windows are open. I had to check out after the first night and improvise.

Spacious, well equipped, very clean, in good condition and I also liked the design in general. Good location, friendly staff and good breakfast.
