The key to the apartment was so hard to use, sensor key time so Short you have to use both your hands and Firmly pull to Open the door

Facility in a quiet neighbourhood, not Far from city centre you have mostly everything in a walking distance, there is a private parking in the building, the interior was good and comfortable, Staff instruction made the Check in/ Out very easy.

Spacious place, with easy access. Located around the corner of the location I was visiting. A small walk (about 10 min) to a local backer for breakfast finished the experience.

The location is great, the property was clean and the WiFi was fast enough for two people to work simultaneously. Great value for the price. The property is right into the park and is around 20 minutes by underground to the center. The hoats were friendly and helpful.

The neighborhood was great, very clean and quiet, plenty of stores and parks. The apartment itself was very clean, quite spacious, all the necessary amenities, big bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, very comfortable bed and pillows, big windows and lovely view. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, and the host was very nice and checked us in right then. Highly recommend it if you plan to visit Munich. I will definitely return in the future.

Amazing room, great spaces, very clean! Comfortable bed. Coffee machine with capsules The provided instructions for the check-in were crystal clear and very easy to follow. The area is quiet and near the bus station.

The locking style is a bit difficult to open at first, maybe because we’re foreigners. Also the dryer did not make the clothes dry, although I chose cotton setup.

Furnishing of the main living room was sparse with a large empty area. Needs a little more thought. Location of plugs not really conducive to charging phones and lap tops

The property was very spacious, clean and well located. They allowed us a late check-out until 2:30 pm which was much appreciated.

There just a few things I would improve. 1. It would be great to have a minimal set of kitchen stuff like sugar, oil, tea. We bought it so please just keep it. 2. Wi-fi is implemented quite strange way. Instead of have one roaming network there are 5 or 6 different networks with different passwords and your device jumps between the networks all the time. 3. Washing machine is on the -2 floor while the apartment has plenty of space to install it (but it might be by design)

It is exceptional place with great quality and perfect location. It is sparingly clean and quiet. There is an underground parking as well. The apartment has a great view to the very nice flowering garden.

There is no option to keep the bedrooms dark in the morning, the curtains are transparent and the shutters do not close completely.... Curtains has to be replaced in the bedrooms as sleeping in the morning was not possible The extra additional bed was not comfortable at all

Nice apartment close to the Tramway station and to the supermarket , checkin instructions were very clear and all went well during late night check-in on the weekend.

The apartment was a bit cold in the first evening, possibly needed some time to heat up. To access the garage one has to navigate through a series of doors and corridors which is a bit confusing at first.

The location is fantastic. Well equipped kitchen, quality furniture, big-big windows with nice views. Clean bathrooms, everything's functional. Parking is possible in an underground garage, but needs to be booked in advance.

The location was a little bit tricky to find the first time and the wifi wasn't always as strong as it would ideally be (e.g., for video calls), though it sounds like that's common around Munich.

Lovely space to stay and to work. Clean space, nicely furnished with lots of natural daylight. Very responsive staff who helped handle the booking request as well as last minute changes that came up. Close to a supermarket and the Olympia Park. I'd definitely stay there again.

No basic kitchen stuff e.g. salt, tea or so. The apartment looks newer and fresher in the pictures than in reality. Little bit cold and getting warm slowly. Right now also renovation take place on one side of the building and the sound is so loud that it’s not bearable (we got an email with the information about renovation although we did not expect such loud drilling - not possible to work remotely)

Minor things: it could be nice to hang a full body mirror in the apartment. The only way to get to the apartment is with the elevator. There's no staircase, which might be dangerous in case of emergency

It’s isolated from amenities. A simple guide to restaurants and a market at walking distance would have been invaluable. I came & went frequently by taxis and never saw anything handy. Then the day I’m checking out a staff says there’s a restaurant 30 meters away. Lack of a front desk or accessible staff was a minus. Yet staff were very friendly when encountered.

Spacious. Clean. Modern. What’s not to like. I’m a big guy who spreads his “stuff” out everywhere. Hate to feel cramped. This was luxury.
