Can someone tell me how to keep the mosquitoes from biting my husband when you sleep with the windows open and don't have screens?

We liked everything. Even the bathroom scale. The room was fantastic. The dinner and breakfast was better than fantastic. The beds were comfortable. The duvets were just right.

Perhaps the breakfast spread can be improved and ensure noise from the restaurant/beer garden is kept to a minimum in the evening or at least after 10pm. It was still noisy around midnight when we stayed and it was difficult to get some sleep.

Whilst comfortable, room felt a bit cramped. Perhaps die to weird shape! There were nasty stains on the armchair.

Good location. Staff were brilliant, of particular note was Stephan, our evening table waiter. Atmosphere in restaurant really good, with a professoonal music combo providing varied music and entertainment. Food was really good, and portion size good.

Access to the hotel by car can be quite difficult due to the very central location. It is paramount that you approach the hotel from the west side (Niederstraße and Kleine Niederstraße) - do not trust Google (!). Remember to reserve parking.

Perfect location, great facilities and big, comfortable rooms with excellent bathrooms. The staff is amazing - literally all the staff members we engaged with during our two-night stay was fantasticaly friendly, helpful, nice and fun! The restaurant serves great food and excellent wine with a couple of tasty vegan options. There is live traditional German music every evening, and it was surprisingly entertaining, and being in Rüdesheim, you need to be prepared to for things to be a little over the top touristy-wise. Great choices for breakfast (not vegan though).

The rooms were very warm for the summer, and took a long time to cool off at night. Each room had a fan which helped.

Both breakfast and dinner were superb. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. And the atmosphere was better than I ever imagined!

No air conditioning. Poor service during dinner. Waitress poured class of wine onto my lap, my husband was served 15 minutes later than me. Waiter was not willing to answer questions related to many. The food was not very tasty.

Loved the location; located on a little cobblestone street along with other cafes and restaurants that were very lively! I wanted a pure German experience and we got it with the people, the incredibly charming old-world architecture, and the food. Big parking lot with an electric charging station. Most guests were quite older, perhaps there was a special event during this time, but it was perfect for my mom.

We stayed here for 2 nights. When transportation was difficult due to the Rüdesheim motorcycle event, the hotel owner personally carried our luggage to the bus. It is a hotel we visit often, but it is always cozy and clean. It is a romantic hotel.
