The hot water is hot this minute, clean and private bathroom, centrally located near downtown and the U-Bahn. Complimentary breakfast included, it is a variety of foods and drinks, very filling.

The rooms facing the main road are small and get noise from the street. It’s warm and no aircon.luckily I had earplugs

Noisy room due to hotel’s location (on the corner of 2 busy streets). Lack of AC. With temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius room was hot and stuffy. Portable fan does not help. Bed mattress quite used and too soft causing back pain. Breakfast quite monotonous for longer stay.

All encounters with staff were very pleasant - helpful, patient and going out of their way to help.

Small toilet/bathroom, it was a bit cosy but not a dealbreaker. We booked during a Adele concert so all the hotel prices were outrageous.

It was clean and simple, its like staying with your german parents, a bit older design but very decent. I’m 2m tall so it was very nice to see the bed’s have no end, so my feet can just go over the end (great for tall people) the breakfast was great and until 12h!!! Everyone is also super friendly.

However, there were a few aspects that I did not like. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff were rather arrogant, and there was no service with a smile, which detracted from the overall experience. The pillows in the room were uncomfortable, affecting my sleep quality, and the room fridge did not cool as much as expected, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, the bathroom had an occasional unpleasant smell. While the breakfast was good, the options were somewhat limited. Another issue was that the room only had a fan and no air conditioning, which could be problematic during hot weather.

I recently stayed at Hotel Brack in Munich for three nights from 2nd to 5th August. There were several aspects of the hotel that I liked. The location is very convenient, being close to the underground and just three stops away from the city centre on the metro, with a mini market nearby. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly, providing excellent service and assistance throughout my stay. The breakfast, served until 12 pm, was decent with a variety of plated options, including eggs cooked in different styles such as boiled, scrambled, or fried. The desk in the room was good for working, and the shower was excellent, with high-quality shower gel provided. The room was cleaned daily, and towels were changed daily as well. I also appreciated the late breakfast hours and the check-out time of 12 pm.

Great location right next to subway, nice breakfast. The interior has an old charm which I liked, there was a ventilator in our room. All the facilities were working and everything was clean. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

- The room had no AC (but I knew about it when coming), I saw a few spiders and for the price of the hotel, I expected a bit more comfort. The staff in the breakfast did not speak english.

The hotel is very old. The kind of old that there is no key card, but a literal key that you have to leave at reception every time you go out so if there's a line when you get back you might be stuck there for a few minutes. Also the carpet floor was horrible and I couldn't walk bare feet, only with socks or sandals

Nice staff, good breakfast, big window in the room that opened all the way, nice-smelling soap. Very good location with a ubahn station right outside with 2 lines, and there was no problem finding where to park around the hotel area

I did not like one thing. There is no air conditioner in the room. We were in July, we could not sleep at night from the heat. The window opens just a crack of about 6 inches on top. There was a fan in the room. The fan runs with a lot of noise and just pushes around hot air. We were suffocating, sweating and suffering. The room was very small on the 4th floor. We stayed only one night, so I did not complain, as staff cannot install the air conditioner in one day. That was very odd to be in a room with no air conditioner in the summer.
