i wouldn't say that there was something that we did not like, we enjoyed our stay quite a lot!

The layout of the room is very nice, the decoration is minimal but really beautiful and modern. The apartment has enough space for two persons, and it has all the commodities some can expect from an apartment of this type. The lobby is also really nice, very cool place to enjoy something to eat or drink. It is also not far from the city center, around 30 min walking, and very close by tram, which stop is just in front of the buiding.

It is set up for minimal cooking, that is, no vent over the stove. The fire alarm was set off in another suite and the fire department came. This made us nervous about cooking and we always opened the windows. Also be aware that only one dishwasher puck and two rolls of toilet paper are provided. It was inconvenient to purchase more since we were only staying 8 nights. These were minor issues. Overall we were very satisfied.

Spotlessly clean, modern and nicely furnished. Our apartment was very spacious. Located directly next to tram stop and grocery store. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Top quality apartment. Stylishly decorated studio flat with all fittings and furniture in fantastic condition. Most importantly, very clean. Perfect for a couple or solo traveller. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We were on the 6th floor at the corner. Although smoking was not allowed in the vicinity where we were near the exit we saw people smoking at various time with the exit door opened but could smell the cigarettes which lingers for awhile

There should be a second armchair or a small sofa instead. If you want to sit down comfortably in the evening, one person has to sit on a kitchen chair or the bed. We stayed for 10 nights and because we had 2 weekends included, no cleaning day was scheduled. It was organised when we asked for it, but I feel this should be done without asking. The little kitchen light was so weak that it was of no use and the a/c didn't work properly and no one was able to fix it.

The room looked exactly like on the pictures, we had a nice view of the mountains, the size was good and the reception staff was very nice.

Considering the room price, a clothes washing per week should have been included.

The open space was great for working remotely. Good usable kitchen. Nice to have free access to a cleaning room with hoover. Easy check in and out. Staff was super helpful.

No sugar/salt.... At least sugar in the room for morning coffee would be a huge bonus. Location: not that near to all the must-see places. Far from main station.

Location is good. A little out of centre but quiet there are bikes to use and a tram stop outside, plus a cafe next door and supermarket across the road. 5/10mins on tram to town. I liked it.

Self check in was temperamental and took a while. Layout of room was not ideal, with double bed against the wall meaning we had to climb over each other to get in and out of bed.

Very spacious apartment. Room was clean and modern. Opposite tram stop to get into Freiburg within 10/15 minutes.

Nothing really. Everything was good. Maybe the weekly cleaning service could do a more thorough vacuuming of the rug and sofa as there was dust on them. I have allergy to dust, but this didn't cause a major problem for me.

Easy accessibility. Good location with shops, eating places and tram stop closeby. Short ride into the main station. Good facilities provided in the room. We were facing the back and had a view of the kid's play area. Staff provided us with adjoining rooms as our daughter came to stay with us. Large rooms with plenty of space for two people.

I paid for a sound proof room, yet I could hear my neighbour talking on the phone for a lot of the night unfortunately. that was very disappointing.

I loved the design, the cleanliness, the self checkin was also interesting.
