Rooms were a little warm to hot since the aircon was not on yet.

Room was a little small for 4 persons buty worked out fine. Als very petfriendly which we liked very much. Icecream for the kids was a winner.

Not the nicest area of Oberhausen, not that many restaurants around, at least not within walking distance Parking tends to fill up quite fast; luckily there's free parking in nearby streets

+ Very friendly staff + Very efficient check-in & check-out; plenty of business hotels could learn from this + Great breakfast and impressed by the staff replenishing everything while so many guests are descending on the breakfast like a swarm of locusts + Very convenient system with the automated blinds to keep the light out of the room + Great shower

24 hour reception with very friendly staff. We could drink something in the bar after arrival. The room was excellent.

Loved the room with direct access to the elevator and the parking! Appriciate the way the hotel welcomes our furfamily with blankets and snacks. The surroundings with a big beatiful park is just great!

Although the rooms are labeled as non-smoking, there's a heavy residual smell in the room, because it's allowed to smoke on the balcony and people just did't care to close the balcony door. The room is a bit outdated.

Good breakfast, spacious room with a nice view, convenient parking and location.

Bit of a small TV with only German channels. I even had to plug-in the TV (that was a first :-)).

It’s a really nice hotel. Our room (junior suite) had a great bath and a good rain shower. Breakfast is very good (grapes were excellent). Free parking! And staff was superb.

The doors to bathroom were not possible to close. Little inconvenient. But we stayed one night so no big deal.

Parking was a bit of a problem as we needed to have space for our car and trailer. It was. Busy night and not being able to reserve a parking spot made it difficult.

I wasn't made aware that the drinks in our room fridge was chargable and I thought it was free which mounted to a bill of £82 at checkout. It would have been nice to inform this during checking in. This was probably a small glass bottle of coke, sparking water and apple juices consumed daily across 4 nights - a bit expensive and caught us by surprise. I felt a bit discriminated by the catering staff in the breakfast area - we noticed that all the other residents were offered hot drinks by the staff but having spent a good time at the breakfast area, they didn't visit us once. Secondly, we were frowned upon when we asked for a high chair by the staff whereas and I noticed that the staff really respected and smiled and made others who also had toddlers feel welcomed and offered high-chairs and juices. Me and my wife felt that this might be a result of being coloured potentially but we didn't escalate and just took it on the chin.

We chose the junior suite. The room was spacious and fantastic for babies. It has a lovely jaccusi style bath. They provided us with a Cot bed without asking which was really helpful. The receptionists were lovely and friendly with us. The rooms were clean, the lobby is beautiful and safe for babies too. Abundant free parking available which is great.
