The staff are always friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We always enjoy our stay and use it for all or companies travel for all staff.

for some reason even though check in was able to do any time as there is 24/7 reception, we came and the lady told us that she cancelled our stay (!) because by her words "it was too late" so yeah? Luckily our room was still empty but what kind of behavior is that? She was making comments for no reason. Even if we would stay in the hotel for 2hours, it is our money and our reasoning and there is no way they should do stuff like that! Not a good surprise. As I said, it was luckily resolved but you don't wanna hear that after 10hour drive with no sleep.

the hotel is very clean and nice, has parking and everything you need, the only reason I do not give it better rating is the staff.

Sufficient room for 4 people, double bed and double couch/bed, bathroom with shower cabin as it should. Breakfast buffet was complete, very good!

I wasn't told how to adjust the temperature so the first night the room was too warm to sleep comfortably. After that I learned how to adjust the temp and slept well. The blue light on the tv that shows the time was annoying as it is very bright and shines directly toward the bed. They should offer something to cover this. I used a hand towel and draped it over the tv to keep it from shining in my face. Oberhausen doesn't appear to have much to offer near the hotel.

room was nice and kept up well. Bathroom was very roomy, modern and well done. The bed was super comfortable. Front desk staff was very helpful, even late at night.

Blinds in the room allow a lot of light to come in. Noise in the rooms close by.

Rooms were a little warm to hot since the aircon was not on yet.

Room was a little small for 4 persons buty worked out fine. Als very petfriendly which we liked very much. Icecream for the kids was a winner.

Not the nicest area of Oberhausen, not that many restaurants around, at least not within walking distance Parking tends to fill up quite fast; luckily there's free parking in nearby streets

24 hour reception with very friendly staff. We could drink something in the bar after arrival. The room was excellent.

Loved the room with direct access to the elevator and the parking! Appriciate the way the hotel welcomes our furfamily with blankets and snacks. The surroundings with a big beatiful park is just great!

Although the rooms are labeled as non-smoking, there's a heavy residual smell in the room, because it's allowed to smoke on the balcony and people just did't care to close the balcony door. The room is a bit outdated.

Bit of a small TV with only German channels. I even had to plug-in the TV (that was a first :-)).

It’s a really nice hotel. Our room (junior suite) had a great bath and a good rain shower. Breakfast is very good (grapes were excellent). Free parking! And staff was superb.

The doors to bathroom were not possible to close. Little inconvenient. But we stayed one night so no big deal.

Big and nice room and the breakfast was good. The free parking is a big plus. We will be back in the future.
