Reception and the lift are reachable via a staircase at the entrance of the hotel so it is a bit of problem if you have heavy luggage

The parking was public parking and we payed for it. The staff was not very friendly.

It is a nice property. The Hemingway bar is nice.

Really well organised hotel. The room we had was lovely and very quiet, despite overlooking a main road. Its in a perfect location to explore the city and also really close to a big supermarket and the train station.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

We had a short but very comfortable stay. Our room was just what we needed and the location was perfect - right between the train station and the old historic centre.

The room was rather small, as well as the bathroom. There is a shelf on one side of the bathroom by the WC, where the hairdryer and other objects are placed, Due to the fact that it finds itself at the same height as my shoulders I hit my left one with it many times. It was a bit painful. That shelf should no be there. One or two of the ladies working at the front desk are rather arrogant. The staff taking care of the breakfast aren't particularly kind. Specifically, the only male there is rather uneasy and teasing. The same can be said about the room maids in general. The music to be borne at breakfast time is awful. I couldn't park the car at the hotel parking. In fact, nothing would have prevented them from reserving a place for me, as they did in favour of other clients.

The room was very peaceful. That makes me think that the building is soundproof. The receptionists with whom I made the check in and check out are very kind and helpful, qualities which cannot be ascribable to all the people working at the front desk. The breakfast was very good. Everything was of a high quality as regards the buffet prepared for that meal. The breakfast room is very well decorated, especially the book shelf located at one end of the room.

The room was quite warm and the air con a bit noisy but would stay again. Watch out for scams by booking.com which come through on the app asking for card details! This happened on our booking. Luckily our bank was more helpful than booking.com

Brilliant position 5 min from train station and old town. Lovely room and nice cocktail bar next door. I recommend to get the Welcome card from the tourist information which includes travel by tram and bus to the cable car.

The rooms are stylish and functional. However the bathroom has only a thin glass door. I think they installed a radio in the bathroom for a reason. In general the room was clean however in the bathroom where some hair from the previous guests and the glasses for the water had stains on them.

The Hotel is super centrally located, close to the train and tram stations as well as to the old town. The building is quite historic and looks super elegant inside. You can visit the rooftop which is also nice and the breakfast buffet is good.

very good location, just behind the city center, the room was big with everything needed and very calm, very comfortable bed, they provided a baby bed for our child without us even asking it, breakfast was really various and in a super nice atmosphere. Parking was a plus.

Despite the fact that the room itself was very clean, there were minor issues (a lot of dust on the heater, a broker blinder, and a hole in the pillowcase) that I would not expect to see in a 4 star hotel at that price.

Hotel parking was full, had to park somewhere else, even in short distance it was unconvenient. This redues my ranking from 9 to 8.

The breakfast was OK, in good 4stars standard. Room was large, quiet, had perfect sleep. Overall would give 9.

Lighting in the room was quirky and inadequate - either too bright or too dim, with a silly large hanging light that got in the way Breakfast was only adequate and ridiculously expensive at Euro 20 per person. After the first morning we went to the Altstadt for something better at less than half the price.

Excellent location, good shower, very comfortable bed - king size. Nice Ecoterrace with comfortable chairs and lots of solar panels - we had a picnic lunch up there.
