The location is great. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The coffee station at the entrance is fantastic. But the best was the hospitality. The hotel staff is so warm and friendly. Were ever ready to help with a warm smile always! Most definitely recommend the hotel

Our room was on the 2nd floor, with windows facing the street. There is not much car traffic through it, but somehow, it is very noisy. In the summer heat, it was difficult not to keep the windows open... Choose a room facing the yard.

As it is near the station, there is a fair bit of noise late into the evening with people passing etc. Also there is some building work going on nearby which added to the 'dawn chorus' in the morning. Not really the fault of the hotel but worth mentioning if the weather is hot and the windows are likely to be open. Also the access to the car-park is a bit of a faff as you have to get the receptionist to open the access door each time you arrive.

Good value, clean hotel with excellent access to both local transport and the main train station. Very helpful staff. Large(ish) secure car park. Refreshments available in the foyer.

Even though the window was always open, there was a different smell in the room. Since the floors are carpeted, the room may be a bit stuffy.

Easy reach from train station, great breakfast, huge family rooms. My kids loved sleeping in a separate room upstairs.

Nothing to dislike other than one night there was no 24 hour reception when we needed it.

Bed was a little bit too soft (for my taste). Walls too thin. Sadly there was not a mirror above the desk....for example to apply some make-up on. No hair dryer.

Location excellent, staff very helpful and extremely friendly, room very clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was very good value. No noise from inside the hotel, or from outside so perfect conditions for sleeping.

There was a big tear on the day curtain. Should either be replaced or do away with it completely. Pillows were too soft but mattresses were good.

Simple but clean and spacious family room with very comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Complimentary beverage corner behind the Reception area. Walking distance from the train station, old town, shops and restaurants. Certainly value for money.

Great people at the counter, speaks Dutch and was very informative and helpful when I needed help with something completely unrelated to the hotel. He even drew a map for me explaining me things about the area, how to get to certain places, what to do and what to check out. The room was great, view out the window not so much. Had a great stay, would recommend.

Walls (and connecting room doors) are so thin that you can hear everything from the next rooms. Earplugs essential. Kettle would have been nice. Exorbitant increase in price per night to take advantage of fans visiting the city for the Euros. It's certainly not a E250 per night hotel (that's what I paid) but as every other hotel in Dusseldorf had increased their prices anyway, I can't complain. It's a hotel worth staying in at normal prices.

Stayed here for 4 nights during the Euros as a base. Little bit dated with woodchip on the walls, but generally okay, clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. Location good, close to the station, and a 15 minute walk to the old town. The area surrounding didn't feel unsafe one little bit. Lots of small cafes close by (and some small shops) so decent. Overall a nice wee place to stay.

The location of the Hotel it is not so nice, but it is usually the case near the central stations. Also, the cleaning lady was a bit impatient she opened our door 3 times and wanted us to leave before the check out time, so she could clean the room (and it was 9am). A bit pricey for 90 euro per person for the family room of 4.

The Service desk staff was quite nice and gave the room to us before the check in time. The room was clean and had good facilities. There are supermarkets nearby.
