1) bathroom seems to be slippery 2) instructions were missing everywhere. For example, it would have been good how to use coffee maker, no idea what's the password of wifi 3) although automated check in and check out process, it hanged both while checking in and checking out

Room was comfortable and clean. Check in and check out process is automated. Best thing is their breakfast. So many items and could still accommodate lot of people.

Was originally given 1772. couldnt find it after taking three lifts. The directions in the building are VERY difficult. There must be simpler ways... I was moves to 10x and this was easier to find. Very happy. will stay again.

There wasn’t a lot of lighting in my room - lots of lamps but there wasn’t any option for brighter lights if needed. Housekeeping also kept removing the key card from the slot that gave the room power, which turned off the fridge while I was away. Also so real room service/ability to get things brought to your room, but at least you can easily get stuff downstairs to take back up.

Beds were comfortable and bathrooms nice and modern. Automated check in/out was an efficient touch, staff were usually around when needed though. Also the €15 for 24hr bike hire was easy to use and very convenient.

Not enouoh staff in the evening, waited more than 20 minutes in the bar. there was only one member of staff in the bar and he was helping with kitchen. I gave up and left

Even though the room was large there weren't any closet to keep my stuff. There were some dust behind the bed and floor.

The mattress. It kept moving. Once when I went to sit down on the end, I didn’t realise it had slid forward, and it was overhanging the bed, which almost made me fall on the floor. It happened on both beds, even though as a solo traveller I was only using one.

Very spacious room, comfy beds and pillows. Loved the variety of the breakfast buffet and getting cold drinks and ice cream at the Wundermart on a hot day was á lifesaver.

It would be lovely to have self-serve laundry facilities on site (is that a terribly American expectation?).

Restaurant, bar, little shop were all great. Employees were helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was comfortable and accommodating for a family of 4.

It’s not understandable that a hotel so big and suitable for business can’t have a regular Wi-Fi network. I was only able to connect for a brief period during my 4 days there.

Parking really expensive. The self check in/check out process is not intuitive and for anything you need to go to the customer care anyway. The parking is too expensive. 25 EUR not even for a full day.

I think it might be a bit pricey for what it is, since the service is basic and rooms are good but nothing special; also, the self check-in could be improved as it's not very clear to understand, especially thinking of elderly people

I've been here multiple times since I book this hotel during business trips; rooms are quite good overall, the self check-in usually works fine (sometimes it doesn't but the staff is usually quick in helping out) and both the bar and breakfast are quite good. The hotel's surroundings aren't great but the location isn't bad with several metro stations nearby
