i prefer they use carbet in corridors and stairs walls so as to absorb sounds because feet and speach sounds has a geat resonance make you wake up some times

I was told the location of the hotel is near some unsavoury area. However, we didn’t feel anything and our stay was great.

The location, which is very near to the train station was good. The 1 room apartment was spacious enough for my family with 3 adults + 2 kids. The kitchenette was well equipped, which allowed us to do some light cooking. The staffs were responsive. Finally, the self service laundry was another plus point.

There is no microwave in the kitchen, it would be better to have this machine in the kitchen.

The location was super good. Just 5 minutes walking from the central train station and 17 minutes walking from the central bus station. The room was big, clean, has the basic kitchen ware. The bed was also comfortable. There is laundry service available in the basement, usually total will cost me 5 Euro to do one laundry. The apartment will also be cleaned on a daily basis, which is very nice. I would recommend this places to my friends.

The room was not properly soundproof so sounds and noises from outdoors can be heard in the room. The sofa bed was not very comfortable and quite squeaky.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff and front office team are very hospitable. The next door coffee shop was also great. The location is 5mins walk to the train station and very near to the plaza.

Bedroom was facing east so got hot in the morning. No aircon or fan. Bathroom with east facing so blindingly bright in the morning. It needs a blind. Construction across the road woke us up on two mornings at 4.30am. Balcony was not private, and was facing west so unusable in the afternoon because of the sun. It needs a blind that can be pulled down so it’s useable. No counter space in the kitchen. Needs a separate table for the jug and the coffee machine. Bathroom sink tap was hard to use and shower had good supply of hot water but low pressure. Many of these things would be acceptable at a much lower price…but this was an expensive place to stay.

Location, close to HBF and a bit of a walk to centre of town but doable. Daily housekeeping was good with very nice staff. Close to food shops to buy supplies and to go out for lunch or dinner. Fairly good kitchen equipment for cooking. Spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area.

Only improvements could have been price. It was relatively expensive for 1 room for 1 night but we booked very last minute so can understand this.

Service was fantastic and the 24hr desk at reception is very useful. The room was perfectly clean and well appointed with water provided in the fridge and some toiletries. Also allowed us to leave our bags in the foyer when we wanted to explore the city.

Area was very noisy. Apartment was too warm. Pillows were terrible. But none of these things ruined our stay.

Location was excellent- 5 min walk to main train station. Balcony was a great asset. Fit perfectly for our family of five.

Noise from outside but i expected it and was ok.to sleep with the window closed, yeah some.of the furniture is old but everything was.impecable.clean

I had a room.on the 5th floor.to the street for 80 Euros on a Friday in April,for.Munich very good value for the price.payed Extremely clean,confortable bed, modern bathroom, very nice and polite staff,.my.room.had a fully.equipped kitchen and 2 bottles of water.as.well.as.coffee.and tea.for free. It a not much but it s a nice gestuee, i ve been in 4 star hitels where i had to pay high rates.for the water and there were.no waterboiler in the room. I find it very good that they make sure that there is silence after.22 in the building and no smoking I woukd.stay anytime.there for 2/3days

The lift did break for a couple of times on our trip. But the reception staff were very helpful and sometimes helped carry our things.

The accommodation was great, we stayed 5 nights and had a great time.

We felt a little cramped for a 5 bed apartment, it was fine for one night but with the additional camp bed it would have been hard to manage for more than an overnight stay with all our luggage.

Loved the convenient location, the cleanliness and the great facilities in the apartment. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom immaculate. Despite being close to teh station and a busy area the room was quiet.
