I didn’t feel very comfortable in the neighbourhood but other than that the accommodation was very close to the subway which was nice!

There was a big coffee machine which asked for some maintenance; when you don’t have time to look for a tutorial on the internet to do so, a simple machine would be preferable.

The room we stayed in was very comfy especially during hot Hamburg days. The bathrooms were clean. The kitchens were also well equipped with a good coffee machine. The location is very accessible with a lot of good restaurants and bakeries near by.

It is entirely fair what they offer for the price you are paying. But I saw some mold (really few) near the top of the window, I stayed in room number 3, maybe they need to take care of it. The room has two TV screens, one in the small kitchen and another in front of the bed, which makes your stay so much more relaxing. But the internet connectivity for the TV is inferior to the connectivity you get for your tablet or your phone.

There is no staff attending the hotel, but they contact you by message and give you instructions to get your keys to the room. The place is clean, and comfy, with a nice kitchen, coffee maker, and microwave oven, if you want to prepare your own food. The hotel doesn´t offer any food at the location, but it is effortless to find an excellent place for breakfast in the surroundings. It is a few blocks away from the subway station, and there are many buses to get easily to Hamburg downtown.

There is only one very small table in the appartment both for meals and work.

Comfortable appratment located near S-Bahn station in a quiet district. The apparment is well equipped even all the furniture are from IKEA. All was clean and prepared for my stay.

WiFi arrangement is a bit annoying - you get codes to enter to a browser page and they expire after some (7?) days. Each device requires a new code. And you either pick up the codes from paper notes left initially in the room or call the reception for a new one. Not very convenient if you arrive late, or if by any chance a code is faulty.

The room was great, plenty of cooking utensils, as well as microwave, cooking stove, coffee machine. Clean and comfortable.

Area was very noisy on the first night, and having the neighbours check-in after midnight didn't help.

The room smelled of urine. There is probably a problem with the toilet ventilation. I ventilated the room all day, but every time I left the room and came back in the evening, there was a smell of urine.

Wifi wasn't that great, the location was OK for getting around but not that great for staying, I wasn't able to use Netflix, Disney+ or chrome cast on the TV due to poor wifi and Account restrictions on the TV, parking was quite a hassle, having to pay 5€ per day to park in a nearby park-house. Besides some mould on the inside of the toilet.

Everything you need is in the room, including a bar fridge and coffee machine. The bed was better than expected and the room was quite clean and tidy.
