The first front desk agent was a rude but the one we encountered while leaving was very nice!

The room was spacious and comfortable. You get a lot for what you pay.

The wardrobe was very dusty. The PowerPoint for the little fridge in the wardrobe didn't work, and some others didn't work either. There was also a lot of dust and dirt under the beds. There is no little coffee station in the room.

The room was big enough for the two of us and bright. We requested two separate beds and they were very comfortable. There was free parking, but limited spaces. The location is great. You can walk to the river and into town in a few minutes. It is located on quite a busy road but surprisingly it was very quiet (we had a room facing the road). Staff were always friendly.

Many times when traveling to Dusseldorf, I opt to stay at this Hotel. I like the place, it is a small, comfy & cosy hotel. It has all the features of a business hotel, but I like the location and friendly personnel. Since I usually arrive at late evenings, it is always good to have a friendly Reception Manager to deal quickly with the formalities. It is very quiet in the morning. No rush & hassle of a busy city area. Reasonably good breakfast, fast & reliable wifi, large parking area.

First room: bed was not comfortable. We didn’t realize hotel was closing for their holiday which was not an issue but the Second room: larger but not as clean and bathroom was smaller. Heat didn’t work in bathroom.

Convenient location to Klemensplatz. First room: Room was clean and cozy. Nice size bathroom. Second room: bed was comfortable.

A good team is in charge of managing the Hotel. The Lobby Manager helped me with the documents to be completed, signed and scanned. I have had a private Business Centre facility run for me. :-) Many thanks for this personalized service! The hotel is a bit off the city center, yet it is a good location for those who travel with the car. The parking lot is available and is free of charge for the guests of the Hotel. A good breakfast. Would stay again once I am in city next time.

Close to the airport - about 5-6 minutes by car. I was checking in very late in the evening and the 1-2 restaurants close by were closed, the front desk helped me with some food. Parking.

I don't think this is a 4star hotel. It's a bit old, the furniture inside the room is also old and our restroom was not very clean. On our second day, we had no towels anymore. I believe the cleaning team wanted to replace them with fresh/new towels, and they never came back. We asked for towels at the reception and they gave us hand towels. We did not have any towels for showering, at all!

Location. Very close to the train station that goes to the city center. Beautiful family neighbourhood, nice to go for a walk, but nothing else. No restaurant close to the hotel. Parking was also a plus, as our friends came by car

The lifts were quite small and slightly claustrophobic with two people and small cases, and not sure it rates 4 star as displayed at the entrance. No coffee making facilities in the room.

Walking distance to the river Rhine, with nice sandy parts to relax and view the river barges etc and small ferry crossing. Good free parking at entrance to hotel. Decent sized room on the first floor had a good view. Clean and tidy even though a bit dated and near to the airport and road, it was comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t use any of the other facilities such as bar or restaurant in the foyer so cannot comment.

The pillows were inadequate and had no substance at all - thin and old. They are in need of replacement. The wifi access was intermittent and very, very slow.

The location was perfect for attending a conference at the International School of Düsseldorf. The staff members were friendly, and it was an easy stroll to the river and some great beer gardens. The shower pressure was excellent.

The door did not lock, the front desk told me none of them lock but "not to worry". The bed was very uncomfortable, I like hard beds but this was like sleeping on rocks and the pillows were too too soft.

I liked is closeness to both the venue for the trade show and the airport. The staff was helpful within their possibilites. It was a quiet area away from the center.
