We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe hotel is clean and good enough to stay overnight. Dinning choices are very limited.
The location is not convenient. There’s no easy way to use public transport and the hotel doesn’t provide transportation from the airport to the hotel. It’s only 8km from the airport to the hotel but the taxi charges €25 cash, or €28 on credit card. The hotel does has a shuttle to take you from the hotel to the airport, there must be reasons why they don’t take guests back to the hotel.

FinlandLet me start by saying: there is nothing wrong with the room: it is nice and clean, but: The hotel is called "B&B", which by international standard usually stands for "Bed&Breakfast." The breakfast is NOT included.... It is an airport hotel, and according to the booking website the hotel has an airport shuttle. Well, it does ... but at the cost of 7 EUR. And it is only availbale from the hotel to the airport. Upon arrival you have to take a taxi to get to the hotel, which costs between 20-30 EUR. I arrived after 23.00, and the reception was closed. You are to check-in using the automates. There are three, but two of them are in the lobby that you cannot get into - so you have to line up to the single one that is located outside the locked lobby door. If you are unlucky there is a line and you have to wait a long time while other guests complete the painfully slow check-in process. There are a lot of other hotel in the area in the same price range, so maybe you want to look around before booking this one....

We needed a place near the airport for our early morning flight. This was perfect! We used their shuttle service for €7 per person. It was timely and got us to the airport in only a few minutes.

Rooms were good and hotel was nice and clean. Just had an overnight stay so didn't see much, checked out in morning straight back to airport to get hire car.
