Great hotel in prime location. We had a room for 3 people and the beds were very comfortable and room was perfect. Front desk staff very obliging and hotel is perfect for city centre stay and 5 min walk to main train station. Most definitely stay here again

Despite booking this in October 2023 and requesting parking. And also checking with the hotel last week (being told first come first served and reserving wa not possible) we arrived at 130pm (car park was empty) to be told all the spaces had been taken.. I had to park in a car park opposite at pay €28 for 17 hours! My room backed onto the carpark and there remained empty spaces all evening and into the next morning. The staff were not interested. Put a dampener on what was the last stop of our holiday.

The reception area is rather simple; it’s not a grand luxury hotel but this is also not the aim B&B. The cleaning crew came in very early (at a time where many business people probably already had left) - would recommend to leave out the „do not disturb“ sign outside the door to avoid this. :)

Great location when arriving by train. My room was clean and more spacious than expected for a budget hotel. I was able to book for a very good price at a weekday (from other reviews it seems like during peak seasons the price is much higher). There is 24/7 reception and the door can only be entered by a code at night (which made it feel more safe to me). I had a window facing the street; despite having read a lot about noise from other reviews, I had a very calm night and good sleep.

Location is great, near by central station, 8-10 minutes of walk. Small reception with nice stuff. Room is very nice, clean, there is all that you would need. For the price, it was more than good!! Very nice surprise.

When booking the room, I was not given an option to book parking at the hotel. It stated that it was not possible to pre-book this at all. When I arrived at the hotel, I.was told that all the parking was already booked out and that we could find a parking garage nearby. This parking garage cost 28 Euro compared to the 12 Euro I would have paid for hotel parking, if I had the option to pre-book it. Also, heating did not effectively heat up the room.

The hotel was a few minutes walk from the train station and the town centre. It is located a short walk away, so there was no street noise or traffic to worry about. The staff I spoke to were very nice and had a very good level of English which helped for the check-in process.

There was no hotel parking, as states in booking.com. Parking was the main reason we've chosen this hotel. But on arrival, we were told there is parking space just for 8 cars and we have to use city parking spaces. That wouldnt have been a problem, but you have to pay since 7am next day. Cant think about anything worse than getting up at 7am after long drive, just to pay for parki g.

The point in the Booking application is incorrect - the hotel is a little further, across the street from the Leonardo hotel. Look for the route on google maps. Good hotel for one night, close to train station and shopping streets. The girl from the hotel helped call a local taxi because Uber couldn't find anyone to ride.
