The hotel has not even a glass cup in the rooms, should someone wish to drink water.

The hotel is well located, clean and well catered. Easy of check in and access is perfect!

The free parking was not available when we arrived a bit late. We had to move the car to a parking property at the train station instead, which also costed me 9EUR extra, even though I expected free parking from my booking. The floor carpet in the room was dirty like something was spilled on it and didn’t get cleaned properly. One of the lamps in the children’s beds were broken and exposed electricity wires to the kids. We met two staff members, one was very sweet and helpful the other was frowning and not very nice. I also requested a cot, which they never denied, but when I showed up they did not have a cot in the hotel (they never promised it, but also did not deny it). The room was extremely hot and moist, there was broken A/C in the room.

This most recent time the toilet had a really bad smell of dampness/sweat when we checked in and it remained even after cleaner had been in. Apart from that, all good.

I've been staying at this hotel on annual visits for the last 5 years or so, always my go to when staying in Ktown. You get what you pay for and location is very ideal!

The location is the highlight: near the central station and near the central city. Room was very clean. The breakfest was small but good.

Irons and Ironing board. Wish they had some for each room or a Ironing room so to speak. I definitely could have used it.

The room was too small and gloomy but the main problem was that the toilet stinks.

There aren’t many options to stay at and this hotel had a rather “fair” price!

The beds were a bit hard, the Wi-Fi per person is restricted to 512 kb/s downloadrate, which barely gets a site to load, let alone a video on 360p. Our room wasn't equipped with a working heater at first, so we were relocated. Then the room we were relocated in a room that wasn't remotely cleaned yet, which we had to reside in until another room was cleaned, which took until 2 PM of that same day.

The room was tidy, organized and the in-built kitchen as well as the fridge were really useful. The place also offered a shower with decent water pressure and quickly reaching a decent heat. The bathroom was quite spaceous and clean, with soft towels that were provided. The location is close to the military base in KL, so it was really convenient.

The doors did not have security measures to keep my coworkers safe. Someone knocked on the door in the middle of the night and they could not look out to see who was knocking. There weren't phones to call down to the front desk either.

The room we got in this reservation was in the 4th floor. The restroom smelled horrible due to train. We Even had to buy a solution. The floor in the bath room needed a good wiped down. It was dusty, and mean dusty with hair in the floor. Toilet bool needs so good cleaning due to stains from the water. Carpet was horrible. Renovations with paint drops Around the carpets made it rough and uncomfortable. Carpet is the same as hallways. PARKING!Parking is horrible. There is about a dozen parking for the entire building. Otherwise you have to find paid parking about 500m away. Do not park at the parking garage and spaces at the back ans side of the building as they are privately owned. Good thing we asked questions before hand

The kids enjoyed their bunk beds, and out full size bed was great too! Very comfortable. Location was great as you are close to the train station, walking distance to the stores, and restaurants. AC was amazing

PARKING! Parking is a struggle here. May a dozen spot give or take for the whole place. There is a parking garage, parking lots around it but they are all privately owned. If you didn’t catch a parking you have to park about 500m and you have yo pay. It was annoying. They did renovations and during that process, I doubt that they covered the floor as there are so much rough patches on the carpet due to paint drips that have dried and is left there. Carpet for the rooms are the same as the hallway. NO MICROWAVE NO HOT WATER POT. It’s a room, bed, and a table is all you get.

It was centralize and easy to get around the city. Train station is right around the corner with lots of restaurants and store. Ooohh and AC was amazing! Especially on the hot nights
