The wifi internet was not working at all, neither on the arrival day nor on the next day. I kept the window open at night and it was really noisy because of passing trains and cars. However, if the window is closed the noise is significantly reduced.

Good location rather close to Harburg train station, nice design, reach breakfast, nice people on the reception, comfortable and big bed.

The bridge to reach the city center was not comfortable. The weather was so cold and it was snowing. We faced some difficulties to cross the street with the bridge as it was filled with snow.

Breakfast was very good. Rooms were clean. We took our room before 15:00. The staff did not clean my room because I hanged the paper on the door which I thought it will be used to inform the staff to clean the room, but the staff brought to me towels.

The room lacked a writing-desk. Two stools were provided, and a small round table, which was barely large enough to support a laptop and paperback book. The location (close to Harburg S-Bahn and DB stations) gives fast access to central Hamburg, but is not attractive in itself.

The hotel is a well-designed, efficiently-run hotel that would be perfect for the business traveller who doesn't need much space or a scenic location. Though small, the room was surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom was well-designed and the hot water supply was efficient. Breakfast was good with a wide choice of cold meats, cheeses, cereals and fruits.

There's only one elevator. Could be a problem during rush hour. The room is also too small, but good enough for sleeping.

The check in and check out system. It's super easy! However, I would appreciate it if the property owner informed me earlier about it during the reservation. Note that I booked the room for my cousin and he gave me the feedback based on his stay.

Close to the train rails, which makes it disturbing to sleep even with closed window (trains run all night). OK for a short stays but would not recommend for long stays as its hard to get quality sleep.

I was not so close to the subway. The check in system at the external computer was complicated, because when I arrived there was anybody of staff so I had to use it, and it was charged double.

The beds were abit soft and uncomfortable possibly due to me generally liking a hard bed

I liked the staff and the parking prices and facilities. Our car needed a start up as it stopped working. The staff were really helpful as we had driven from the UK. Cristian was really sweet and helped us in anyway he could.

Location was not perfect, but it has a train to the center nearby. Maybe a kettle in the room and some cutlery would be appreciated.

Hotel prices in Hamburg were high during our stay. This hotel was higher priced that sometimes but still good value when compared to the rest of the city.

An efficient part of a trusted budget hotel chain. Location is in a suburb well away from City Centre (we knew this and had reasons to be here) but the nearby old docks are now being redeveloped into an interesting area. 10 minute walk to S Bahn station Staff recommended a really good restaurant nearby.
