Cleanliness and spaciousness of the room.

When we came into the room, there was a bit of a smell. The windows were hard to open and the blinds were too small to cover them so the light still peeked through. When we went to check out, the machine was broken and there was no staff at the reception desk.

Big sunny room, comfortable beds and chairs. In a good location. Close to the metro station and grocery stores.

They let me use the bathroom in the lobby and let us check in early!

The sound insulation was not great. You could hear and “feel” the underground, which created strong vibrations. Fortunately, the neighborhood was calm, so it was not a problem. There is no breakfast available in the hotel.

There was no air conditioning.

The hotel is 2 minutes from the metro. It’s great that check-in and check-out are automatic. The room was clean.

Cleaning staff in the morning, we got time to check out at 11:30 but cleaning lady come at 10:45 and say in Ukrain language “You have 14 minutes to leave the room” not nice

No mirror in the bathroom or curtains on the bathroom window. Bed is old with springs, so it makes noise whenever you move. We could hear next room people, so isolation is probably not the best.

We were there for football match so we loved how close to stadium it is. Close to u-ban station, just few meters away. Room was big and clean, and it looked quite nice. It's not super modern room, but it was nice. receptionist help us do early Check in.

- UNUSABLE internet, tried multiple times both connections, disconnects often and slow (1-2Mbps) - I had the furthest room but you can hear some noise from bus or metro, idk..sounds like a mild earthquake, but I was too tired to care. - Personnel did not respond to my emails, messages or phone regarding the invoice I wanted to be issued. ( I saw someone just at check-in and forgot to tell them about the invoice )

- Good location for me - Shops, restaurants nearby - Public transport options, very close - Good water pressure, no issues with hot water. - Good self check-in system with cards , but had to report my card as lost because the card stopped working at the front door :)

The windows are ancient and do not close properly. There is no acoustic isolation, and there is traffic in the street in front of the building. We could not sleep with the opened windows because of the noise. But the room was warm, with no air conditioning or ventilation system.

The room is beautiful and huge, and everything is very clean.

I was lacking a soundproof. I heard next-door guests.

An authenticity of Old Berlin! The hotel is situated in an old beautiful building in a quiet district. The room is very clean. You can check-in yourself with a check-in machine. It is very useful for travelers that arrive late. A U-bahn station is nearby, just in a 2-minute walk.

There is no air conditioning in the room. With the temperature outside the window + 23, the room is very stuffy if you do not open the window. If the window is open, you risk being bitten by mosquitoes. Be sure to bring a mosquito repellent fumigator with you.

The difficulty in getting a hold of the staff for even the small issues. I don't want to be trouble, but would like a little help if needed. :)

It stated breakfast, but there wasn't any. The staff avoided us like the plague. Once, we got them to 'work' with us because we accidentally booked twice and needed help so we woudln't have to change rooms, they made it a lot harder than it needed to be. Overall though, I do like how they 'stay out of your business'. Location was pretty decent overall, 10 min walk to the public station, cool area for grocery shopping.

Nice location close to public transport. Spacious family room. On a warm evening you can sit on the balcony and watch the local life.

There isn't any kettel in room and there isn't any refrigerator too.and it mackes a lot of noise when you walk .

The shower was very small and needed an update.

It was easy to check in and out despite never seeing anyone ever working at reception as it was automatic check in. Good location and large enough room.

The entrance and foyer has an old- world charm and a romantic atmosphere, reminiscent of a film set. The room was comfortable, modern and clean. . The location is great too.
