Weird pillows - like huge marshmallows that were way too soft. My head just had no support and I ended up chucking them across the room and using the spare duvet as a pillow. Other than that, a great place to stay.

Great hotel in the city center with free parking space. I stayed with 2 friends in a 3 person bedroom and it was perfect for us. Would definitly recommend this hotel.

I found a hair on the bed when I first came, there were tiny bugs and even found one in the sheets. Would have expected something better compared to its price, but it’s good!

The bed was on wheels and made noise if I moved. The pillow was unbearably lumpy and my room was close to the elevator which was in use all night and noisy. The price was ok but considering there’s other options that are more comfortable in the area for a similar price I will check their availability first before booking again.

Good location, free parking if you are lucky (I was). Friendly staff and a convince store next door.

1. Reception staffs are all grumpy and unhelpful. As if I should be thankful to stay in the hotel. 2. Card machine at reception was faulty. Caused huge stress upon checking in. Made me feel that I have no funds in my two bank accounts and nothing left on my debit and credit cards. 3. Television in my room was not working. When reported, no effort was made to get it fixed by another person or offer another room. Instead, I as a customer was told to forget about watching TV and instead of handing over my problem to his colleague, I was told to ask reception to get it fixed in the morning and ask to change room if there’s any room available which he said was unlikely. 4. The bed has been completely worn out and fit for years for dumping and the two pillows on top of each other were flat as a pancake. 5. The cleaner left my room open every day after cleaning. Thankfully, nothing valuable went missing. 6. There’s no leg room when I sit on the toilet and Im not even that tall. 7. The shower basin is dirty and has black corners. There was mould too. 8. The noise was beyond acceptable for the three nights of my stay. 9. The noise the night before my marathon didn’t end until 5am. It was full of drunk guests in the each room and it looked like there was a brawl too.

Location seems to be fair. Quality of towel is okay.

The staff. One of them was really rude. And the wifi doesn’t work.

The location is perfect, close to shopping mall, great shop, restaurants, good environment. The room was big, clean, and the bed comfortable but… it doesn’t look like a hotel, it’s more like apartments. When we arrive we didn’t understand if there was really the reception or not, we entered and the guy at the reception treat us very bad, like he was doing something with his computer ant tell us to wait, and no empathy or gentry. Ok… Honestly, there is no reception, no one there all the time, more of the time is empty, it means anyone can enter the building. They just put a note, telling to call if you need something, but if you don’t have German telephone number it doesn’t work. No common aerea, no place to have a coffe, a beer, to heat water, to heat food, nothing… no services, no one around, and no safe at all. The wifi doesn’t work well, we have to ask them for the pass, they didn’t tell us, I expected to be in the room but nothing… we wait for someone to come at the reception and ask cuz when we did the check in, he didn’t tell us. Ah and he asked for our green pass, We had it, but we didn’t know you need it actually to stay there. The cleaning staff was really kind, and also the guy when we did the check out was nice. We saw 3 people at the reception in one week. Just one was polite. I mean, the hotel is not cheap, I really expected more, humanly speaking, cuz the room is great, but the staff inexistent, and rude, especially one of them, damn rude! I don’t recommend it, especially for long journeys. One/two night maybe it’s ok, but nothing more.

It's worn out, more of o dormitory than a hotel standard.

It's cheap. More than that, the bed is big for 2 people. And reasonably comfortable.

The room was okay and I really enjoyed my stay in the facility.

Everything was okay. Please just to keep you informed, I left the key to my room in the mail box close to the receptionist bench while moving out this morning because I didn't not see anyone to hand in the key to. But it was stated to keep the key to your room in the mail box should you leave early.

Hello everyone! I booked a hotel with your service. I’m so sorry, I should to say you that I’m having a terrible experience with this room! The hotel room is different then was on pictures, it’s too small and dirty 😣 I should sleep and see black stains on wall in front of my face. Also on a window there is a torn curtains. On photos you can see a big beds but in real it’s small even for one person. I’m so sorry that I should write this, but I’d like to ask you to resolve this problem, because I’m afraid that be in here it’s impossible. I hope that you help me as soon as possible.
