Could be a little bit cheaper, especially the breakfast for 22€ per person.

We arrived 3 hours earlier and the room was already ready. The Staff was really nice and helpful. The parking lot is directly under the hotel and you can access it easily. The area where the hotel is located is perfect and you can sleep well, you hear nothing from the surroundings. I can really recommend this hotel.

Perfect location- by subway close to the harbour, Congress centre, or shopping. Besides, in a neighbourhood where the night life is blooming. Big room, spotless clean, soundproof. I couldn't choose any better.

The ‘view’ as per value for money - was very limited and did not show any part of the Elbe … but the balcony of a senior couple sunbathing at eye level…

Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff. Location was great, highly recommend a trip to the harbour. Especially the Elbphilharmonie observation deck. Fantastic views. A boat cruise is also worth doing. The U-boat is interesting & worth a visit. We were so lucky with the weather & also there was a cruise ship festival going on which was great to see the ships.

Nothing really. The hotel might have more facilities, but it is unbeatable in convenience, location and ease. Maybe not the best place to travel with children, the rooms didnt seem family friendly, and neither did the area.

The location is great if you come along with the reeperbahn - it is not totally in the middle, and just acrosss the road is a train station that is very convenient to get around Hamburg.

The hotel is on a very lively street in Hamburg. People were still partying at 6am Sunday morning below my window. Definitely take some sort of ear plugs.

Great location for getting about. Hotel itself was very quiet, barely aware of other guests.

Breakfast was great. However, It’s more of the same everyday. I think you may have to consider making some changes. Overall, I enjoyed my stay as a solo traveler. Room was clean and neat, very beautiful lobby. Money paid was worth it.

Like most property at Hamburg, it is rather costly. And there is no sauna at this hotel but somehow it is not explicitly clear on Google review/hotel website.

Hotel is excellently located - close to both the harbor and touristic sites. It is actually at the ‘good’ part of the Reeperbahn area. The rooms are well-sized and we were delighted by the staff service as well.

if I had to find something, the coffee/tea making supplies were sparse and weren’t replenished. But that’s a small complaint, reception were happy to give us milk and extra teabags

Great hotel. Great location. Very spacious room and bathroom. Extremely clean. I stayed here for 2 nights before travelling North for a wedding. I even looked to change my other hotel and rebook for my return to the City but unfortunately it was sold out, being the weekend. I would definitely recommend

Bed was very comfortable. Room very clean. We didn't find it noisy given its location, unless you had the window open, you could hear sirens every few minutes! Everything about the room was fantastic. Only issue was that the TV didn't have any English channels. Location was great if you're visiting for the party district. We were there for a wedding and didn't have an interest in the party district but found the area of the hotel safe. Shower was lovely. Tea/coffee facilities available in the room plus hairdryer.
