We were a bit worried regarding the security deposit since it is really high, but it was returned completly at the end of our stay so there was no problem. The sink in the bathroom was a bit weird and when washing hands the water would go over it. Moreover, there was a lot of noise, truck or something, coming from across our window.

The room was close to the tourist attractions, we could go almost everywhere by foot. The public transport was also really close. The room was comfortable and clean.

We hadn’t realised the room wasn’t air conditioned so it was a rather warm stay as temperatures were high for our whole visit. We did have a fan provided which helped a little. The safe didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed but reception did offer to keep our passports in their safe for us. Not a complaint but more a word of warning - we were on the very top floor and the windows opened wide with no safety catch so a bit nervy if you have young kids with you - ours are old enough to keep away but I was still a little on edge with the windows open - they did lean forwards which is obviously safer but it was also nearly 30oc outside so we did have them open wide a lot.

Excellent location. Room had everything we needed and was more spacious than we were expecting given it was a studio. Bathroom really big and clean. Felt very secure as everything locked up at 6pm. Reception staff were so helpful especially as on the last day we had a tour of the Reichstag booked for 9am which meant we couldn’t leave our bags with them so they collected our bags from the room instead so we didn’t have to rush back.

The pics that come up on booking.com are a bit misleading and I was under the impression that my apartment was more spacious than it was when I arrived. Weird placement of sofa bed directly under the wall mounted TV was awkward at first but this was quickly resolved by moving it to the opposite wall, opening it up, and using the many big pillows, sheets (and extra towels) stuffed inside to make a really comfy daybed strewn with plump softness. ALSO no extraction fan in the bathroom which made my stay with my teenage boys a bit fruitier than I would have liked!

Easy access and egress. Reception staff lovely, helpful and efficient. Clean apartment with lots of storage space and huge bathroom with great shower.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and nice. The apartment was not facing the street, thus it was nice and quiet even with open windows. We got a free upgrade to a two-room apartment, which worked perfectly for us because I travelled with my parents and sister and the extra space was much needed. We stayed for a very short time so did not need to use all the other amenities, but they seemed superb. The kitchen was nicely equipped, mini-bar was filled with different drinks and snacks for extra purchase. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the deposit money was returned very fast during the day of leaving.

The location was perfect. The property is close to all the main amenities, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, public transport and cool vintage shops. Maria was so helpful. On the day of arrival she let me check in early and called me when the room was ready.
