I knew of the deposit, but I was worried of paying it through an unknown website. Nothing to be worried about from my experience. It was returned okay. It is possible to pay the deposit in cash if needed (during reception opening hours daily 9-17).

Great experience, public bus very close, supermarket nearby. The room was quite spacy for the two of us, the kitchen and bathroom very well equipped. I received the deposit back to my account on the day of the checkout.

Some noise from other guests. Curtains didn’t fit the windows fully and let in light which made it harder for our children to sleep.

Very convenient, less than 10mins taxi ride from Berlin Hbf to the apartment. It’s also near supermarket and halal food. The apartment is very cleaned.

Good size apartment.Good location for the Berlin Marathon. Easy walk to expo and start /finish. Easy walk to groceries, restaurants, train line..Staff very accommodating and helpful.

Everything was to our satisfaction.

The room was very comfortable as was the king size bed. Shower was good pressure but the overhead spray was a bit wide. Kitchen was very good, big fridge and plenty of plates, cooking utensils, pans etc. Location was excellent for both the train network and walking to the sites we wanted to visit.

There are just one thing about the bathroom which weird , the hand shower when put on the stand was splashing water out and also I didn’t find any wiper to dry the floor

There was a big deposit to be made which I wasn't aware of at the moment of making the booking. However, good thing was that our group could pay in cash at the place.

The apartment was really comfortable and well equipped. The coffee machine made our day as we could enjoy our morning coffee without much hustle. The reception desk man was extremely polite and helpful.

We were a bit worried regarding the security deposit since it is really high, but it was returned completly at the end of our stay so there was no problem. The sink in the bathroom was a bit weird and when washing hands the water would go over it. Moreover, there was a lot of noise, truck or something, coming from across our window.

The room was close to the tourist attractions, we could go almost everywhere by foot. The public transport was also really close. The room was comfortable and clean.

No vacuum cleaner in apartment, useful when staying for a number of days. One bathroom in 3 bed apartment.
