We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The Location was very good. Close to Europa park and other restaurants. Walking distance to bus stop. Above all there staff were very good and ready to help. Breakfast as excellent I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay thpere again

GermanyThe reception closed one our earlier than advertised, though the key was put into the automatic lockers. Reception staff provides minimum support so do your homework in advance and be prepared to ask a lot of questions.
The room is of a decent size, has four places for sleep (one double bed and one bunk bed). The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with ok options. There is a vending machine in the lobby. The room has also a small fridge, but no balcony. The location is in good reach to Europa Park (EP) visitor entrance that can be reached by Rust shuttle, on foot or by car. The hotel provides free passes for the EP park. The room is equipped with kids toilet seat and step stool.

GermanyMy kids wished there were pancakes for breakfast. But honestly, the breakfast was plentiful. There were croissants, bread, rolls, eggs, fruit, cereal, yogurt, boiled eggs, meats, cheese, bacon, and cookies. Plenty of juice and endless coffee.
We liked that it was close but away from the traffic of Europa park. It was quiet and we enjoyed our walks to/from the park and for dinner. The AC was an added comfort to the hot August weather.

SwitzerlandWhile the hotel is conveniently located near the park and the room was spacious and clean, there were a few issues that affected our overall experience. The noise at night was quite bothersome, as the rooms are not very well insulated. Additionally, the bunk bed in our room was particularly noisy, making it sometimes difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Cleanliness is clearly a priority at this hotel, as everything was spotless. The parking facilities are excellent, with ample spaces available, making it stress-free to find a spot. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. Additionally, the breakfast included was simple but decent, providing a good start to our day.

United StatesThe parking was easy for our car, and the hotel gave us free parking at Europa Park. I also loved the location, it was a 5-minute car ride from the park to the hotel. I do wish there were more restaurant options around the hotel for dinner. But other than that the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. And there is a Lidl and Edeka within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well! My only complaint is I was a little disappointed with the breakfast, the scrambled eggs left more to be desired and the bacon was way undercooked. Other than that it was a nice stay and very conveniently located!

Location is great, walking distance from Lidl and Europa Park. You don't need a car if you stay at the hotel. Room space was also great, shower was also very good. Breakfast was above average.
