I would have liked a brush and dustpan in the apartment, but that's just a personal thing. Also, some tourist info/leaflets could be helpful.

Everything you need to self cater, washing machine and tumble dryer 5 euros a load. However, as we arrived at almost midnight, we struggled to find it in the dark. We then got a taxi that literally took us round the corner.🤣 The next day we realised how close we had been.

I would have liked either a small battery vacuum cleaner or broom to keep the apartment tidier in the week of my stay.

I had a safe and secure fully equipped apartment that was close to shopping facilities and public transport. It was easy to travel to the heart of Munich and beyond. A washing machine was also available on each floor.

Maybe the lockbox. Reception could be there 24/7 to welcome the guest.

Hotel location was perfect, the Shop was in front of hotel and train was close enough.

The apartment is well equipped and has a mini kitchen with new good quality household utensils. There is a laundry room on each floor and you can use it - just don't forget your coins - the bathroom is large and everything is new. The metro is very close. There is a market in front and an Augustiner a few meters away.

Excellent location, only 5-10mins from buses and underground, shops and cafes. Lots of room in the apartment and was very light and bright. Nice quiet area. Bathroom was a reasonable size and was great that there were washing machines and dryers on each floor (cost was 5€ for wash and dry).

Comfy room, nice location (9 minutes to the metro), big supermarket and bakery only minute or two to the apartments and also the big shopping center (olympia) next to the metro station. I liked the kitchen because of the full equipment even if we didn’t use it very much. The room was clean as well as the sheets that were changed in the middle of our stay. Overall I recommend it! Would visit next time I am in Munich again:)

The Air conditioning stopped working for a day. Resetted it by turning totally off for a few hours, and started working again. This was during the weekend, so no staff was available.

Apartmenthaus international was well located, close to an underground station, which makes it very easy to get round Munich. The rooms were spacious, clean and the kitchenette was well equipped. We arrived at 9.30pm in the evening and found it was easy to check on electronically. The laundry room on the same floor was very handy. I can greatly recommend apartmenthaus international in terms of the quality of the accommodation which was not expensive.

There should be a vacuum cleaner so that residents can clean their room when required. The regular cleaning is once a week.

You have to take the garbage to the first floor. It is not a problem but you should know before.

Clean, feel good environment, near everything you might need. I could easily cook every day. There is a bookshop in the way to the subway that sells book for 1 Euro.

location is fair, out of the city center but very easy access to metro, close to malls and some coffee shops. the room is clean and well equipped except shower facilities like hand soup which was missing. during fair time this accommodation has very good value for money.

You have everything you need for longer stays. Parking is very cheap too compared to other places. Regular cleaning is included. Olympia mall and park are very close. Supermarkets at walking distance. Friendly personal

The only cleaning during the weekly stay was planned after the second night. Cleaning staff ignored my objection to entering the room, I had to stop my call with the client to make them leave my room.

The standard of rooms is high as well as bathroom and kitchen are equipped really well. Check-in is also really easy and doesn't require contacting the staff, if one arrives late at night. The bed is really comfortable, although walls are not the thickest it guarantee a well sleep. The room is also bigger than the photos show and that never happens!!!
