The entrance is very unappealing and rather grotty - like walking into a block of poorly maintained council flats with questionable cleanliness and dismal lighting. Reception on first floor was well sign posted but first impression was one of dread. On our visit, the lift wasn't working for the duration and we were on the 5th floor - so again not the best. It seems that there is a mix of hotel and private apartments - a bit of a strange set-up. There was no shower panel/curtain in place (perhaps it was in the large box by the bath waiting to be fitted) which meant having to sit rather than stand in the bath to avoid excessive water on the floor - perhaps for the best as the bath was rather slippery. The kitchen lacked basic supplies (condiments, cooking oil etc - the things you wouldn't buy for a short stay) and there were limited utensils - e.g. no wooden spoons or spatulas. In fact, all they really had was a ladle besides scissors and large knives. There was a large opening between the bedroom and the kitchen with a completely immovable sliding window -always open just above the bed. Despite having a fan, it was incredibly hot at night (Sept heatwave) with no aircon and the curtains did not block out all the light (actually, they didn't quite cover the width of the window!).

Convenient for buses and subway/rail links with shops and eateries within close walking distance. Clean linen, towels changed as required, comfortable mattress. Secure doors/windows - felt private and safe and overall clean - generally quiet but some neighbourly noises audible (as well as the passing trains). Good wifi, floor standing fan; oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine (not all used by us). Simple check-in/out and luggage stored without charge between check-out and final departure time.

I’ll just mention 2 things: - the room smelled very strongly like bleach; after having the 3 days on a row the window open and not allowing then in to clean, it was ok - they had a problem with the hot water and I had to shower in cold water the 3 days of my stay (they’d refund me the 25% of the price, though)

Amazing location with great cafes restaurants and transportation nearby. The Hotel itself is a bit dated, but rooms have everything needed and good size. Simple, functional setup, nothing fancy, but practical.

It’s an old apartment, lift was not working but an employee helped to lift my suitcase. Toilet/bath was too small and there was some kind of smell, although it’s fully equipped. Kitchen and apartment carpet was too old and can be changed.

The staff was very helpful, everything went smooth and easy, the location is pure gold worth, the Ku’damm area with lots of branded shops and food options, there were several public transport options nearby and the hotel offered the parking inside the location with only 10€ per day, which was very convenient. Most of the evening were good to just roam around the area, grocery stores like Lidl and Rewa were around 500m away.

Not much to dislike unless you have some unreasonable expectations for the price.

I have only met one person, but he was great at meeting us and helping with the luggage. Also recommended some places to eat that were all great. The car park is at the back of the property and behind a locked gate and it was really safe. The room itself was adequate, it was clean, but don't expect anything special. For us, it did the job. Also, the location was pretty good. Not far to the centre by car or public transport.

Apartment was smaller (35-40 m2 max) than advertised (45 m2). Guests coming with car should be advised what to do concerning entering 'Berlin low emission zone'.

Good location, clean and functional apartment. Friendly and efficient staff. Parking is good (10 eur/day). Good for staying for few days.

Entrance and apperance of the hotel more reminded dormitory, it was shady, not well cleaned and it was not obvious how to get in (code was needed for door but it was not mentioned in reservation). Bathroom shower was in bad condition (shower was taped together, hanger was broken, and bath tub leaked).

Room was comfortable and nice to have balcony. Staff was friendly and I trully appreciate possibility to check in early.

The shower head holder was broken, and the hose was leaking. There was no water provided in the room, as was mentioned. However, there was a drum of water at reception, which we used to fill our water bottles. The location requires you to get a train to the main places in Berlin. However, the transport system is excellent and very regular.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The room and bathroom were a perfect size, and everything was very clean. The check-in process was easy, and the room was ready before 2pm. The girl at reception was very nice and helpful.

No aircon. Wifi was unreliable. Reception is behind a locked door, couldn't get in until someone who already stayed there entered. I assume that you have to call reception which isn't great and should be more obvious (if at all?) in the messages from the hotel (and we had to let other new arrivals in too). Shower water got everywhere in the bathroom. I didn't know such hard pillows existed. TV worked but given how terrible the wifi was, couldn't actually connect to any channels.

Great location, and plenty of room, great kitchen but quite a few issues. If you're just there to sleep and want easy access to a great part of Berlin then it's good value.

At the entrance to the lower level of underground parking, you can hook the floor with the front of the car. You need to be careful.

Good apartments in the heart of west Berlin. Everything is close. Personnel in reception is qualified and speak in different languages. The room, bathroom and kitchen are large and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator. Regular cleaning of apartment. The underground car parking with a good price for Berlin of 10,- EUR per night. The railway is close, but noise is practically absent if to close balcony door and curtains.
