We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room was big and comforting with lots of amenities such as a mini fridge. The AC was great as we stayed during summer months. It was great value for money. Staff at the front desk were lovely and helpful.

She didn't give me any timeline, clear information and kept me waiting for 30 minutes when I had a dinner to go to. Is not a cheap hotel so not having hot water or a receptionist that can deal with a situation like that was VERY disappointing.
