Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Room was spacious with plenty of cupboard space, a little short on hooks to hang things. Clean. Breakfast was what you excpect in a german hotel, with a good selection to choose from. As with most chain hetels the bathroom is more a design excersise. The hand basin is set to far back on the work surface and the work surface is to deep, which makes the mirror to far away for use by the ladies. Also the shower though very good does leak water onto the rest of the bathroom floor are if one is vigorous whe showering. some more hanging space for the towels to dry would be benificial. Overall the hotel is very good. the above notes do not detract from the stay at the hotel. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and the bathroom notes are a common design error.

Germanyeverything about this experience was great, except fact that I was bombarded with multiple emails and messages before arriving, and after arriving, mentioning things, asking for reviews, and generally annoying. This is very unprofessional something they should cut out as a message should have some value for a client and that just be something that you force have to read because you’re afraid maybe there’s a problem with the reservation. I’ve made many reservations over the last 30 years and this was annoying to say the least.

Greecethe price of the breakfast. For me 50+ euros for 2 people was unreal. Also you lacked communication in terms of expenses. We planned for 320 for 2 nights we paid more than 400. Linked to city ta and 1 breakfast for two.

ColombiaThe personnel could be more friendly, specially with non-german speaking guests. The intercom was not working and they failed to understand that it had to be repaired, and instead thought that we didn't know how to use it (it's basically the same system wordwide!). Staff from the restaurant seemed very stressed, but the room service went very good for us.
The hotel is nice and clean, away from center but easily reachable by tram, room size was ok, beds comfortable, decoration also nice, bathroom ample and very clean. It has a very good relation value for money.

GermanyWhile I was having dinner, I received a notification from my credit card that there was a withdrawal made by Ameron, but it was rejected by my credit card. Because I felt something wasn't right, I rushed back to the hotel and confirmed with the staff at the reception whether this was a correct withdrawal. It turns out that the hotel staff entered the wrong price at the beginning and tried to withdraw a new price from my credit card without permission
