The furniture in the room is old. The shower in the bathroom was broken. Very little choice of food for breakfest. The price is only due to the location.

The mattresses were very bad. I'm only 60kg and could feel the bottom of the mattress. Stayed for 4 nights and the towels were not exchanged a single time (due to their environmental policy, it was stated), which would be acceptable if they would dry well. But the air was humid, no towel dryer, nor good place to hang the towels. All resulted for having the same wet towels for 4 days.

My daughter and I stayed for five nights. The women at the reception didn't know any English. The rooms (we had two) were quiet, which was nice, but had old furniture and an unattractive appearance. They were not cleaned daily. Some items were broken, such as the restroom door handle and the electrical outlet in the wall. There is no elevator in the hotel. The breakfast was disappointing and lacked variety. Each day, the offerings were minimal and of low quality. On occasion, some items ran out and were not replenished. The location of the hotel was nice, just a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station.

From the start person on reception lacked personality, room probably the worst I've ever stayed in, breakfast diabolical, Not a hotel, towels changed every three days, beds never made, room awful, curtain didn't even cove the window plug socket broken, no safe in room, asked about one in reception answer no safe available.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, very close to the city center, allowing us to visit all the major attractions on foot. The room was adequate but had old furniture and could have been cleaner. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent.

I didn't like that WIFI didn't work during my stay. The room was very small but the problem was that to take a shower you had to go across the other side of the hall. Other than that it was good since I was travelling most part of the day.

We were able to use WiFi in the room but had to be in a specific part of it. I’d recommend either getting a few more routers or just get another line. Walls a little thin (can hear pple in hall but not between rooms). But we slept just fine

I know some of the reviews aren’t good but we really enjoyed our stay. The receptionist was very kind - gave me two options for WiFi. The place was really accommodating for our family. We got a room for four and had a baby - they Had a crib with blanket available. I was actually a little nervous based on the reviews because it was listed as a “sofa bed” and the pictures of the rooms only ever showed a thin couch. I was worried that was the whole “bed” - but it folded out like normal and fit. It’s definitely a budget hotel but we were warm, comfortable, had enough towels etc. was perfect for us. It’s also nicely located with a short walk to Friedrichstraße station, the Reichstag, and the gorgeous Synagogue. A little further to the Berlin Wall memorial. The breakfast was just fine - sure it’s nothing fancy but I don’t expect that when it’s included in the room rate and it’s a lower priced room. My kids loved it.

There seems to be a slight problem with maintenance. The tv cable was loose from the wall in my room. The lights on on side of the hotel hall way were flickering. My floor was not clean.Some parts including the entrance steps would benefit from washing using elbow grease and products. The ensuite bathrooms need sparkle. I moved rooms.

The location was great for me. The morning coffee was excellent. There was lots of hot water and I could adjust my heating. There has been decorating and the walls and curtains are lovely.

Staff did not speak english, breakfast was was all cold and unappetizing, the room was dingy, cold, bare, with a lot of air refresheners. The bed was an old lounger with a sheet on it. If the price was half it might be worth it.

Literally the only thing saving this place is the location is good if you need to be in or around Mitte.

Location is perfect. Comparing the room price is affordable cheap as this was including breakfast. The room is dated, double bed mattress seen better days. Also toilet was not flushing and water running constantly. Advert states the parking and wifi available. Had no wife in the room and no parking, lovely lady on reception advised on the street parking and nearby one. Paid on street parking and next morning found €15 penalty, even time has been paid on ( will be sorting this as not hotel responsibility ) Overall we enjoyed our stay
