The room was tiny. I couldn't move inside. The shower is in the middle of the room and you have yo go on the bed in order to move to the other side of the room. I must admit that I didn't look carefully in the pictures before booking, but it is not right to build such a small room and I was alone. This room is definitely not fit for 2 persons.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel has a good location just in front of Berlin Central Train Station.

Right outside of my window below was the entrance of the hotel and some people were having a "party" or looking for party(??) until 4am! Not cool. I would think hotel staff would ask them to remove themselves from the entrance but I guess that's not the case in Germany? I'll ask for different room next time.

The location was ideal! HBF just across the street, a lot of places to eat and the most amazing things it`s the opportunity to walk along the River without crowd of people.

Good large hotel close to the Main station. Very pleasent and helpful staff, clean (although not absolutely new) furniture, perfect bath. Coffee machine (which also boils water!), fridge.

The room was not as clean as I expected. There was dried toothpaste inside one of the cups in the bathroom. The door had some stains and there was 1 stroke of hair on the towel.

During Breakfast time the space available is not enough for the rush time.

Great variety of food for breakfast. Location is great. You can walk to the most important attractions or use the train. Hotel is located in front of Train Central Station.

The room I had was obviously a cupboard at some point, I would say neither the owner, manager or designer have ever stayed there. It would be worth them trying it. Especially getting in and out of the bed, using the hand basin and closing the curtains without having to walk on the bed. Also put some rubber ends in the chair legs

The room was a bit small and just the small inner courtyard view, so it felt a bit small for the price and 3-night stay. Also some of the furniture and interiors seem old and damaged.

Location was good, hotel is pretty good as well. We needed to catch a train so we picked this place since it is just on the opposite corner from the central station (Hbf). Staff is professional and the food was quite alright too.

location very close to Berlin main train station, the staff were really nice at check-in (the italian lady) was super friendly and helpful. I would like to thank her for her hospitality. Room was good but a bit small. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was very nice.

I'm sorry to say, but the pillow was huge and hard, so i have to sleep without it. In the room was only one tea cup unfortunately. Breakfast stuff was a bit stressed, sure they piked up plates, but some tables wasn't after it cleaned up.

Very friendly boys at the reception, everything great there. Gorgeous room service team, they made their job quick and with the super quality. Good WiFi speed.

I didnt mind having an open shower in the room but water was all over the room and the toilet floor. If a function or event is on, it is very noisy. It seems like it stops around 10pm though.

2 twins were too close together.

The room was a great size, although the 2 beds were close together, might have preferred them a touch more separated, but other than that it was fantastic. Breakfast was good and the service was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here. The location was amazing. Walkable to the sites and super close to the trains.

Rooms were a little small and we had booked two rooms requesting that they be close together, and they were about as far apart as you could be, while still on the same floor.

Stayed Friday and Saturday evening and both nights between 2 and 4am there was quite a bit of noise outside with drunk/rowdy people shouting.
