We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyI really didn’t even expect that for this amount of money I could get such a nice flat. And - for the first time - the pictures on booking were actually even worse than the place itself. Super clean, all explanations from the owner were super simple and understandable, the flat is just amazing and suits for any reason of staying . I had only good experiences!

Host was excellent - we met her upon arrival when she handed the keys over and we met her on her way out. She was super friendly! Apartment is very spacious and very clean. It is located near main walking area, less than 10 min walking distance from main train station. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

United StatesParking was very difficult as there was construction on the street and permit parking requires you to get up and pay before 9:00. The beds were also very hard, but this seems common in Germany and not really a big deal.
Apartment was very clean with all the amenities one could need. It is a short walk to the main thoroughfares, and the neighbors and owners are very nice.

I enjoyed how spacious and clean the property was, I really liked the small touches from the owners by putting sweets on the bed and biscuits and fruit on the table. I throughly enjoyed my stay and would love to stay here again. The apartment has great space and has a cosy living room.

RomaniaIt is quite challenging to find a parking spot in the area, as the streets are filled with cars and there are a lot of garage entrances.
The hosts are very nice. Dima speeks English, so it was easier to communicate as our German isn't that good. The apartment is situated 1 minute away from the main pedestrian area in Oberhausen and 10 minutes walk from the railway station. Everything was clean and in working order. The beds were really comfortable, Wi-Fi was good. We also had airport transfer to Dortmund at a reasonable price. Overall excellent value for money, for sure we will be back.
