We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NorwayThe WiFi speed was very low at room in second floor and the signal was poor.
So far everything was ok and no any issues. The reservation via booking.com was quite easy and they accepted the payment at hotel by all of us individually as we requested. Both check in and check out was quick enough. The Hotel and rooms is old historic style but maintained well and clean. There were also enough parking places in front of hotel that make it easy the access to the hotel. Very helpful staff at brakefast, however the brakefast itself can be improved.

GermanyMattresses too soft for my taste, but that is a personal opinion, of course. I have this problem in many hotels, so I don't want to criticize this hotel in particular. Air conditioning would be really nice during these hot summer days, although I arrived later in the evening and just took a cold shower and opened the big window and felt very comfortable after that.
Breakfast buffet was really nice, many different choices, everything looked very tasty and was presented in a hygienic way. Very friendly and helpful staff approached me several times, asking whether I needed anything and whether I was satisfied. Hotel is located easily accessible for guests arriving by car in a quiet residential area. It takes about 10 minutes from the highway to the hotel.

United KingdomVery clean throughout. We had a large room which was well furnished. Air-con was reasonable for a large system. Easy free parking ( motorcycle friendly) and a 15 minute walk to town. Breakfast was an excellent spread! The manager was an extremely nice lady and very efficient. Will use again.

United StatesWe prefer Air Conditioning. Hope they install someday. Some guests may be noisy, but very silent during night. They need to replace beds, they are old. Lastly, the pillows should be standard size.

BrazilThe wifi, which is free of charge, was unstable. But this a fault of Telecom, a very strong internet company of Germany. I have been in another location in Ravensburg and the signal of Telecom was not good there as well.
Very ease parking spots in front. The hotel has elevator, which is very important and not so comum in the hotels of this region. Staff very friendly. Spacious, beautiful and very clean room. Breakfast is very good. Luckly, I didn't stay longer, otherwise I would get more kilos. The restaurante has one of most pleasant decorations I have seen in hotels. This hotel is really cheap upon what it deliver.

Altdorfer Hof is the best option that I have experienced in the Ravensburg area, among many other hotels where I have been. The decoration is very beautiful, superb breakfast, clean rooms and a very friendly staff. As a big advantage over many others, Altdorfer Hof has elevator which make the transport of the luggage much more comfortable. The restaurant is beautiful, the food is very good with reasonable prices. The owners Christian and Meike are always looking for to make their customers very happy. It's price is worth it !!

BrazilThe only point I can mention is the deadline for the breakfast which is 10:00 am. Maybe 10:30h would be more relaxable.
This hotel is the best I have ever booked in the region of Ravensburg. It is very convenient in all needs. The staff is very friendly, from the reception, to the owners Christian and Meike. Breakfast is very good and very delicious. One important point is that Akzent Altorfer Hof has elevator, which is not normal in hotel 3 stores, making much more confortable to carry on the luggages. The rooms are large and beautiful. The cleaning service is perfect. This hotel is always my first choice when I am in Ravensburg.
