Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwedenI booked a non-smoking room but was shown a smoking room when I requested early check-in. When I asked for a change, they changed it immediately.
I was impressed that the room was equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher. It was better than any flat hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was clean. The location was also good, near the train station.

The apartment was fabulous with more cooking facilities than expected, the access to pool and sauna was a brilliant added extra making our stay extra special and we enjoyed using the hotel bar and outdoor seating where bar staff were very welcoming, and friendly

The member of staff at reception when we arrived was excellent. He was very busy but did not make us feel rushed. He was helpful and polite and understanding. Ours was a last minute stay as our sleeper to Austria was cancelled. We had to reroute and stay over. I chose Adina based on its proximity to the station but I'd happily go back and recommend it.

Excellent location right next to train station for easy access to rail hub which suited our needs and quiet even though close go rail lines. Very clean, comfortable and one of our rooms was ready around noon so the very nice lady at reception let us check in earlier. The swimming pool was class and a big highlight with our kids.

A lovely spacious room, very clean with a kitchenette including a fridge, making it easy to make our own snacks and store water which was required with the temperatures in the city.

GermanyThe apartment I fell in love with since 2022 in Munich. Everything is perfect, everything is good. The male employee who was at the reception, who spoke English and Russian in addition to German, was very competent, explained everything in detail. I am satisfied overall. But to improve your hotel, I want to make a couple of comments that the fitness area is not quite properly equipped. A professional athlete lacks basic equipment for basic training.

United KingdomThe hotel offers very comfortable accommodation that suits both short and longer term needs. The rooms are clean, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal for access to the train station. It took us 20 minutes to walk to the old town - we enjoy walking so no issue for us. The transport system makes everywhere accessible. As always near railway stations, there are people ‘hanging around’ but we didn’t experience any issues and we found it to be unexpectedly quiet during the night, early morning. Definitely recommend the hotel and say it was very good value for money.

Nice room, overlooking the train tracks but no disturbing noise. Great location (50m from main train station). Indoor parking connected to the hotel with 6 charging stations for EV.
