Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room was comfortable. Big TV. Little balcony. Plugs on both sides of the bed. Loved using the sauna and pool. Breakfast was good, good amount of choice. Friendly person on reception when we arrived. Good location right next to a tram stop and a 10 minute walk from Berlin's Central train station.

Everything you could need in the room including a starter kit of tea, coffee, water, milk, sugar, also washing up liquid and tea towel, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, safe and aircon. Great for exploring Berlin and close to the train station. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Pool was an added bonus. Only wish we'd been able to stay longer.

Great staff, both at the reception and the restaurant. Clean, big and comfortable rooms with a wonderful kitchen. The mattresses were so comfortable I asked if I could buy them (really). Good breakfast, quiet gym, pool and sauna. This hotel is cozy but offers a lot and we felt great in it together with our 2 young kids. We will be back again.

Lovely and very helpful staff on the front desk, and good quality room cleaning. The location was also amazing, only a short walk away from the city centre and the train station without too much noise.

Adina Apartments were fantastic! We stayed there for a family reunion and had 4 rooms between us. There was an outdoor courtyard we used to have meals all together a few times, and we hung out in the hotel lobby some evenings. The staff were friendly and helpful with every request, especially the bar staff! The gym was quite good for a hotel gym. The rooms were comfortable, and we could hardly hear the street noise and sirens. Excellent location. Family friendly. Delicious breakfast (kids are half price).

United KingdomI think the next step for Adina, after changing the mattresses, should be a complete replacement of all the carpets. They look so worn and do not do justice to this great hotel.
It was Adina, truly a home away from home. The apartment had everything you needed—kitchen, washing machine, dryer, and more. Even new mattresses were provided. The day we arrived, the hotel was receiving new mattresses for all the rooms. I even received a birthday card and cake. Adina celebrated my birthday with me!

United StatesStealing my granddaughter’s designer boots. The washer and dryer were difficult to operate. We had to wash our clothes and then hang them out to dry.
The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. We changed rooms after the first night and housekeeping stole my granddaughter’s boot that were left in the 1st room. We notified them a couple hours after moving and they denied finding them.
