It was all good

Everything we could possibly need after 20 days holidaying - comfy warm beds a place to cook and wash clothes, a pool and gym. It was perfect - along with staff that could not do enough for us.

Surprisingly, the bar only opens on weekday evenings.

Very well located for transport links and some local attractions such as the Natural History Museum and the Berlin Wall Memorial park. Very comfortable and quiet rooms, helpful friendly staff and a good breakfast.

Housekeeping took a while but it is only every 3 days unless u want it everyday.

Minor issues only eg there was a side light in the bedroom but not proper bedside lamps. Rectangular pillows would be ideal, but the square continental pillows were fine. Neither issue bothered us enough to mention to the staff.

Quiet area, with a little park outside, but conveniently placed for Reich stag and main train station. Restaurants and supermarket in the vicinity. The apartment was quite spacious with a good kitchenette and almost all items you would want even for a longish stay (we were there for 8 days). The staff were freindly very efficient

The rooms are only serviced every 3 days which we were unaware off . The wellness area was in need of a good clean .

Excellent location close to station but quiet and an easy walk to main sights. We arrived early from sleeper train and were able to check in straight away, which was really helpful.

On the day I arrived at the hotel, I realized that there was a problem with the heating system and I told about this to the staff right away. One of the staffs came to the room with me and checked the heating system, and she admitted that there was a problem. They told me they'll send a technician to fix the heater by the next day, but nobody came. Next day when I complained that the technician did not come, they told me they'll tell this to the manager and fix all the things, but they didn't. After a few days of shivering in the cold, when I complained again, they gave me a very small portable heater, which was too small to heat my room. Staffs were generally friendly and helpful, but there were clearly communication problems between staffs.

Excellent location, Fully equipped, Spacious and clean room with beautiful balcony. Very quiet even with the window open. Also very easy to access major sight and public transportation.

The doona was too hot for the time of year. A selection of soft & hard pillows would be good. A drying rack in each room would be beneficial to enhance the use of the laundry & clothes dryer facilities.

A bit trivial but it would be nice for all apartments to have a washing machine. We stayed in a studio which didn’t have one. A washing machine would be more beneficial than a dishwasher.

Great location. Tram around the corner. 10 - 12 min walk to central station. Staff very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Spacious room. Suited all of our requirements. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Special thanks to Daniela who was on reception duty the evening we arrived. She was on an evening shift and when she came off duty, she went out of her way to help us out with extra clean linen and towels as my partner was very unwell when we arrived. Thanks to her, she helped to make our stay very comfortable.

I liked everything about the hotel property.

The Adina Hotel was centrally located near the Berlin Central Train station and very convenient to museums and major sightseeing. Highly recommend this hotel property for future visits. Very clean and modern with a cute bar for evening visits.

Its on the expensive side at 160 per night, there is no jacuzzi and the pool is not heated

Somewhat small spa facilities were loud and cramped on the one occasion that we frequented them; more efforts could be made to attract guests to the bar in the evenings, for example by showing live sports events that are not available on any of the TV channels in the room or shows of popular interest on a large TV screen. We are convinced that, during our stay, many guests would have been present in the bar if the UEFA Champions League semi-final between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid or the Eurovision Song Contest had been shown in the bar. In fact, the bar was closed altogether during the Eurovision Song Contest; no guests appeared to make use of the quiet and peaceful outdoor seating area in the courtyard.

Excellent location in the centre of Berlin in walking distance to Berlin central station; room was spotlessly clean, decently-sized for a four-day stay (it also had a kitchen area) and very quiet (it faced the inner courtyard); comfortable bed; stylish and up-to-date interior design both in the room and throughout the hotel; relaxed setting at breakfast with a decent selection of hot and cold food, friendly and helpful staff.

The bed was too small, it was 1.40m. Defenitely not a queen size bed. The room could use a better cleaning, too much dust.
