My only suggestion for the hotel is to put a few more plates, bowls and pieces of silverware in the room. We had three of each, but we had a dishwasher, which doesn’t make sense.

We had a lovely studio apartment on the courtyard side of the hotel. The room was spotless and had almost everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch. The location can’t be beat. The S Bahn Hackescher Markt is steps away. Google Maps doesn’t tell you that there are three streetcar lines (M4,5,6) that are just around the corner to take you to the UBahn at Alexanderplatz. Although we had been told that there might be noise during the day because of construction next door, we didn’t hear anything except if all the windows were open.

The only thing we felt could be improved was slip proofing the tub/shower. The tub sits relatively high above the floor and can be a little tricky to get in and out of - maybe some new anti-slip decals could help here? All is great with the water pressure and speed of hot water in the bathroom. We also loved the ample counter space and shelving in the bathroom. Kitchen amenities were great too - the refrigerator was a nice size and the utensils included a bottle opener that you need to sample many amazing German beers!

We really loved the location and proximity to many good restaurants, grocery/convenience stores, tourist sites and public transportation. We were given a warm welcome by Francisco on our first day and were able to check in immediately upon arrival. We had a slight problem with the locking mechanism on our safe that was solved very quickly by maintenance staff (Danke Anko!). We stayed for 10 nights and were thrilled with our accommodations throughout our stay - highly recommend the Adina apartments for a safe, clean and friendly spot to call home while in Mitte Berlin.

The location was just OK, not great. What is good is that you are across the street from the Hackescher market which makes for easy use of metro.

The customer service provided to us by Fran and Janin at the front desk was superb. I am very OCD and often have a lot of questions and concerns. These two were extremely patient each time I appeared at the front desk. They are also extremely knowledgeable of the city. My apartment was spacious and clean. Everything worked great! Make sure to request a room with a view to the TV tower!

The only issue was some noise from nearby renovations that started early in the morning. We were advised of this, but it was still a little annoying.

Love the location. So close to Hackscher Markt for transport links and eateries, River Spree, the museums and Alexander Platz. Very very helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Our third visit!

There was a mix up with my reservation on the part of the hotel which caused me a bit of alarm, however, they were able to acknowledge their error and resolve the issue.

Good location with lots of local restaurants nearby. Clean, quiet and all the amenities that we needed. Kitchenette was clean and effecient. Nice in-hotel bar with snacks.

The lounge area of the apartment was a little dark.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to Hackescher Markt station but very peaceful and quiet. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable with great kitchen facilities. The bed and sofa bed were both really comfortable and both rooms had blackout curtains, so everyone slept peacefully. We found it to be an excellent base for exploring the city and having the convenience of an apartment made visiting with a young child straightforward.

Nothing, really - it was a really good stay.

Excellent location to explore the city centre - the place is quiet, but in a walking distance from Alexanderplatz and Oranienburgerstraße. Walking distance from the Museum Island, DDR museum, and Unter den Linden. Many bars, restaurants and cafes nearby, good connection to other parts of the city.
