Only slight issue we had was the shower leaks out onto the bathroom floor making the floor very slippy but that was the only negative

Easy to find the apartment from the Hackescher Station, once there, check in was simple and efficient. We were up on the 4th floor so no noise from outside, top be fair, there was no noise from other rooms either We had booked the entire studio, very spacious, bed comfy and all amenities were used! Wonderful stay, would use again and recommend

After a long trip from Australia we found the apartment to be perfect size to regroup. The beds were extremely comfortable. The laundry facilities in the apartment were excellent. There was also the convenience of a very good supermarket around the corner. Having a carpark was also very convenient.

It is close to everything!!! You can see the iconic tv tower! The staff was so lovely. Perfect start to our German vacation

Perfect location, 10 minutes walk from the museum area, 10 minutes from Alexander Platz, 2 minutes from the Hackescher Markt with a direct train to the airport. Lots of shops and restaurants. Although very central it was very quiet. The staff is welcoming and nice. They don't clean the rooms every day, but you can ask for anything you need at the reception. The room itself was very clean and comfortable.

Pillows. I know it is THE toughest thing to get right but, for us, they rank as the worst pillows ever.

Staff were excellent. Rooms were large. Breakfast was adequate. The position of the hotel outstanding. And being able to have a drink in the bar at the end of the day was lovely. Barman was delightful.

Every thing was OK, beside the slow water in the shower and only in our room, In my son it was OK. I will return to this hotel on the forth time :)

Apartment cound use a few more cooking utensils like a spatula to turn eggs, etc.

Super convenient location steps from a tram and S-Bahn station. Adequate kitchen for simple meals. Comfortable beds. Near to countless restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket around the corner.

All was good. The only suggestion we have is to add a washing machine into the rooms.

A very well located location close to Hackescher Markt station, lots of restaurants, sights, and a supermarket. The rooms are large and comfortable and we had a small well provisioned kitchen. Although we were on a lower floor there wasn't much street noise at all.

Really small garbage bags, if you eat anything in the room, it's almost impossible to put trash on the bin.

Perfect location, near the center, public transports, grosseries and lots of restaurants. The room was really clean and was quiet.

In Berlin you don't have public access to the large trash containers. I'd recommend the hotel to retrieve guests' trash on a daily basis, otherwise it accumulates a lot.

Super isolated from external noice. All transport means available in a 2 min walk. And one of the most comfortable beds I have been (large choice of pillows)

The hotel was suburb and the staff were so helpful and friendly, they couldn't do enough for us. The room was immaculate with all the facilities you needed. The location couldn't have been better, 5 minute walk to all the amenities'.
