Kitchen is not very well equipped (e.g. no cleaning cloth) but sufficient to cook meals.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Apartment is clean and beds are comfortable

Some of the rooms (duble studios) have uncomfortable beds (we were moved to a twin studio and that worked for us)

Breakfast should have lower price or be richer in products. We stayed 3 nights and didn't include cleaning services.

Very nice, modern and comfortable apartment! Uban station is close to it and the neighborhood is nice and quite. It is fully equipped and suitable for up to 4 persons. The reception is open 24 hours a day and the staff were kind and friendly. I definetely recommend it!

The sofa bed was uncomfortable, with a part of it sliding away from the sofa.

The location is great, close to Olympia park, being a great start for biking mini trips. Well equipped kitchen, although small. The bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. Complimentary coffee made mornings easier. Good value for money.

Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Wifi doesn't work in the bedroom and cold breakfast for 17€ is not the best option, but that doesn't change the fact it is a good place to stay for few days

Great value for money, the place is 5 minutes away from a metro stop, there is a covered paid garage, there is a free coffee machine all day in the lobby, and for families there is a huge playground and a green area next to the building. Flat is big and has everything you would need

It was not properly clean when we checked in, the dust bin had the garbage from previous customers and overall it was not very clean.

No in-between cleaning a lot of scales shower water gets on the floor black mould in the bathroom water in the refrigerator

It was problem with central lighting in bedroom. And problem with heating. Air conditioner did not work well. Otherwise- everything was good.

Hello, everyone! Location was super! Nearest U-Bahn station was "Oberwiesenfeld" am U-3. It took 5-7 minutes to access station. We booked entire apartment. It had one separate bedroom and living room with studio type kitchen corner. Beds were good for children (9 and 10 years old). The hotel stuff was very pleasant. The stuff offered "breakfast" , 20 euro for each person, but we did not take it. The dishes and kitchen equipment was OK.

I was surprised that you have to pay for using the towel dryer...Everything is minimum.Very loud kettle/ stuffy in the room/ Hangers for winter clothes are completely ill-conceived

We had the shower door stuck and it wasn’t fixed for 24 hours and even on the day that we left. The staff wasn’t very much aware about what was going on.

The property is nice and clean and well furnished. But it is a little bit away from the main attractions and the main part of the city. The transport to the cities quite nearby, so it was not a very big issue. There are no local cafes or restaurants around the property it seems to be more in the industrial end of the town.the breakfast services are excellent.

We stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned. Not a big deal as we had plenty of towels, but it would have been nice to of had the floor brushed.

Good location, underground train only 8 min walk away. Enjoy the ease of self catering.
