The breakfast was not as good as expected. Missed local and organic products e.g strawberry or raspberry marmalade! Also only one wholemeal bread choice. No fresh orange juice. Hotel with this name and best location have expected better quality when it comes to your breakfast offerings

There was no air conditioning in the room which made it quite warm and we had to leave the door open overnight to get some air. Also, the room being the same but double the price if one or two people stayed was odd. Booking was confusing for this reason, it was the same room, but 100euro difference based on number of people.

We really liked the complementary breakfast and the nice room with a balcony was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very nicely decorated. Definitely enjoyed our stay and loved having good parking for free!

I think that hotel needs a bit renovation and wellness zone could be a bit bigger.

Everything looked good, stuff was very friendly and helpful, food was good. I found really nice that they were talking in English. Also view from our room was really amazing!

Lack of accessible (barrierefrei) rooms. For elderly people, like my 92 year old mother, the lack of handles in the bathroom was a problem - which the staff themselves acknowledged.

Breakfast staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, even being willing to try making poached eggs for the first time (with perfect results 😊). Comfortable rooms, clean and modern bathrooms. Own car park, with direct access to reception and rooms. Great location for walks in the hills.

parking is always tough - we tend to stay on weekends and there are parties so parking gets too tight.. if we book a room should we not be guaranteed a parking spot?

Room is nice- view is great! Breakfast we had trouble with as we flew in late and then in our time zone we missed it by 15 min... on Sunday it was great and had no issues - we have been here many times now

This is unique and pleasant experience. View is beautiful, design modern .Swimming pool whith great view. Personal very friendly and helpful, I must specifically mentioned Dimitryhead of Reception, who is great Proffetional and helping during stay. Very nice, highly recommend .

It would have been good to have a fully accessible room (especially bathroom) for those with mobility issues.

The hotel has a superb location at the top of a hill with fantastic views of Reutlingen and the surrounding area. The rooms were well-appointed and quiet, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. There is an excellent breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is in a basement garage with a lift to reception and rooms

This was the fourth time we stayed in Achalm. Fantastic view over Reutlingen, nice SPA with an outside swimming pool gives you a hint of luxury. The restaurant was unfortunately closed during our stay.

The only thing i didn't like it was the bed i book a double bed for me and my partner and they had 2 singles beds together , and all the time we slide in the middle of the bed 😂😂😂
