It's way to expensive for what it is

It's a hotel which is well located, mainly for business travellers.

There is no fridge or minibar in the room. Sometimes you wish the public transport would be closer. There is a air condition in the room but we couldn't change the temperature.

The hotel is very beautifully warmly designed both the lobby and the rooms. Friendly staff. Big and comfortable rooms with big windows but very quiet. Coffee machine in the room. Very good breakfast with a lot of choices , chef making making all kind of omelets just for you, champagne etc. Hotel located in a beautiful quite area on the river a few restaurants in a short distance . A public transport in 5 minutes walk.

It is unusual that in a hotel of this category no one came to clean the our room for three days of stay. The towels were only changed once, but after we intervened and called the maid we met in the hallway.

The hotel is located in a nice part of the city, nicely decorated surroundings, very quiet neighborhood.

The Iron didn’t work that well.

The staff were extremely friendly and attended to our needs with speed and without any issues.

The AIR-CONDITIONING was AWFUL. It did not work at all!! I barely Slept for the 3 nights. Also we could not have dinner in the hotel as the restaurant was booked every night, which meant we had to leave the hotel and dine elsewhere which was inconvenient and very disappointing. We should have been advised of this.

It was expensive but then we were there for the Euros final and so everywhere in the city was pricey.

Modern hotel in a fantastic location just off the Spree. Our family room was spacious (two storey) with everything we needed. Breakfast was expensive but plentiful.

The room was faced by the street, so some people may find this uncomfortable if leave the curtains opened. The breakfast super expensive 25 quid and the noise from the other rooms when the toilet was flushed.

The hotel has a gorgeous reception area, also the staff is really helpful and friendly. A good size room for 4 people and the hotel 5 minutes away form the tram station that takes roughly 25 minutes to go in the centre otherwise uber 10 minutes for a cost of 10/20 pounds, and the Mall just few steps away from the tram station. Overall 7 out of 10 because of the price and distance, however I would recommend for a business trip as there is a restaurant, bar, spa, gym...

A pity you can't use the comfortable seating overlooking the river unless you purchase drinks from the hotel bar.

The Ameron is a lovely hotel on the bank of the River Spree. We had a river view room which was worth booking. Very comfortable bed, great shower and clean room. It's a short walk from the train station to the hotel. We had spent a few nights in central Berlin but we were really pleased to have booked the Ameron to spend time on the river side. The buffet breakfast was excellent. There is a good Italian restaurant just on the main road a few minutes from the hotel. We walked from the hotel to the Tiergarten Park and used the train to explore further afield. A lovely stay at the Ameron.
